Let’s put the ludicrous pay behind us and focus on 2021. In my view, this is an inflection point for the company. Yes it’s H2, but markets are generally forward looking.
Clearly that’s not been the case on this stock this far; which is frankly why like it.
The risk/reward skew is very favourable here: there is multiple times upside for what I see as limited downside risk.

Given the disclosed market size of charging points in today’s press release, I believe we could be on to revenues of £15m in full year from this partnership in time. Looking at where hydrogen peers are trading on an EV/sales, I see 2x upside to the shares based on this agreement alone. It’s very significant.

Revenues expected from UK storage project: £60k/MW/ye.
They have 100MW project.
So looking at £6m per year of sales from this.
This alone is worth a multiple of market cap.

I have in the past research and owned shares in Snam and I can tell you their CEO has been talking up massively hydrogen. This is a big deal.

I am surprised as to how low the market cap of this stock is compared to other hydrogen plays. Yes just £1m of sales disclosed but I think this could very quickly ramp up next year. The partnership the company has with De Nora can’t be underestimated particularly since Italian gas company bought a c30% stake in De Nora. Extreme E beginning in March will be great adverting for the group.
I think this stock has significant potential.

Management have just themselves to blame for the share p. They had the offtakes in grasp and their greed and arrogance blew it.
That said, the stock is just too cheap here. And it makes zero sense for the stock not to correlate with key commodities. It will have to catch up.

Stock needs to catch up with the iron ore price rally which it has missed so far. Since November prices are +30%; with some explorers up by close to 80% since; while Ironveld is down.
Appealing valuations: trading at 5% of blue-sky.

=> IRON trades at mere 5% of blue-sky potential

Valuing a business on current assets is like someone evaluating their net worth based on their bank account savings; and omitting any value of their property(ies).
An equity value is precisely after net debt.

You are the first person I have ever come across who values a company based on current assets (?!).

Stock is priced for Armageddon already.
It’s dirt cheap. It’s never recovered from any of the vaccine news, unlike pubs, cinemas airlines - you name it.
Management is questionable yes, strategy is questionable yes, interview is strange yes, but fact is everything has a price and it’s trading below book value.

Substantially undervalued here. Potential blue-sky valuation of >USD100m in my view: 20x mcap (!) given where Bushveld and ironore players trade.
My first target 1.2p: >2x upside - and pricing only 10% of blue-sky.

-Titanium: 9Mt

You have a point, but markets are great at forgetting or moving on very quickly.
I talk of my own experience on getting burned on placings too.
I can assure you though that the funds raised were from investors here with nothing particular to note of their profile.

There are always people ready to give you funding via a discounted placing - something you can’t do repeatedly on main market.
They now have cash for probably 4months.
By that time m, we ll be in another world covid wise.
And the shares will in all likelihood be significantly higher than today.

But he funded the company from his own pocket through the crisis too.
What’s the downside here? Seriously?
It’s got close to 10x valuation upside and it’s trading at book value.
Aim stocks have the advantage of not going bust so it’s just pure massive upside potential with limited downside risk.
Again no brainer for me. I m buying today.

Awful placing price HOWEVER:

This is the odd COVID recovery play which in fact never recovered. Have a look at the performance of COVID smashed companies like Cineworld’s share p since the announcement of the Pfizer vaccine - or airlines.
This stock is massively oversold here.
It’s trading at book value while pre COVID it traded at 6x.
Where do you think this will be in say Q3/Q4 next year once Covid is under control globally?
