How can the drill holes of yesterday added only £5m to market cap?(!)

As an idea GGP’s Havieron Discovery hole was 360gm gold.
Here you are looking at between 257gm Gold Equivalent to 1000gm (!) Gold Equivalent for the two key drill holes !
The third D04 which is 60m to the east returned 125 Gold Equivalent.

People here too obsessed on looking at daily chart of tin.
The lithium resource is WORTH MORE than the current market cap already.
I am looking at easily 2-4x share p upside from here.
Market entirely missing lithium angle.

On Aim look no further than market cap of Bradda Head. It’s an exploration (!) play on Lithium with so far a minuscule resource with very very low grade and it’s £41m mcap.
Here we have >1Mt LCE with a grade a multiple times higher.

Much better mining jurisdiction than Permier African, which operates in one of the worse in Africa.
Ticker ATM.
It’s got a 1mt LCE resource at 0.6% grade (so a MULTIPLE of Bradda Head) that’s discounted in the shares at ZERO! You getting that for FREE; and most interesting you get a lot of the infrastructure already in place.
Meanwhile, it’s tin asset is generating a 20% cashflow yield - already.

As always reaction completely muted on Aim. Company should delist from this crappy exchange. Can’t help but think of Bacanora and what Ganfeng was able to get away with thanks to being listed here…
Aim is the worst market I know of for anything worth more than £15m mcap. It lacks capital.
I mean look at stocks on ASX that are effectively Li exploration plays with
market caps not too far away from EMH - which has a monstrous resource and only utilises 10% of that in its PFS…Just have a look at Arizona Lithium for example - or Green Technology metals for that matter which is super early stage. The valuation differential is ludicrous.
EMH stock revival will be of course led by ASX listing.
At 8% NPV valuation on spot commodity prices, the rise is just getting started. BUY

Oh and CEZ CEO thankfully remains in his post (which was another area of uncertainty to the market last year).

Stock has been a massive sector laggard. I expect a big catch up trade here.
Stock been hit throughout H2 last year by Czech elections and related uncertainties and implications.
But I am not finding anything in local press that suggests any negative implications to the country’s battery mining and downstream plans at all.
On the contrary… the coalition is 1) pro EU and 2) we have seen that the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development EBRD, an EU institution literally just a few days ago take a stake in EuroManganese - a Czech Manganese project (asx/tax listed). Note that such institution typically take a year of due diligence to make a move. Well they made a move now that elections are out of way. This bodes very well for us.
Moreover I would highlight that contrary to Babis’ party, the new Prime Minister is pro privatisations, generally.

?key to note is that BOTH reported NPV and IRR are assuming commodity process WELL BELOW market. Hydroxide at $17k (now near 40k). Tin $24k vs spot at $42.5k (!). capex and opex are higher than 2019 pfs BUT updated much higher IRR take those into account for a juicy 36% post tax (again on those much lower than spot commodity assumptions).
?By my calculations if you adjust both of these commodity price inputs for spot you get to >USD 4bn NPV and IRR probably close to 50%. This means the stock is valued currently at CHEAP c8% of NPV!
?and this assumes ONLY 10% of total resource is utilised.

It doesn’t matter if it matters to the share price today.
It matters to the investment thesis.
This because it will give a sense of urgency to the EU.
The new govt in Czech R being pro EU and pro liberalisation means this is indeed looking up for EMH.

This is positive for EMH!
This will press the EU to double down on European Li projects. Not a single hard rock project in EU looks to have made it so far, despite their aspiration for raw mat independence. Vulcan remains a narrative story to ke goven the eye watering capex - which further needs to be revised up massively on raw mat inflation.

Both of these are based on spodumene prices at less than HALF where they are.
I bought in heavily a few days ago. This is super cheap.

My point is what’s the downside from here? Is the stock going to halve and price a an aisc at 1600 and them never able to produce more than Q3 run rate annualised? Ie stock halving being an ultimate black sky which frankly looks completely unreasonable to me. Vs a blue sky upside of 5-10x (where we to head to a gold bull market with gold at $2.5k and then delivering on the fs)…. I am taking that punt.

Ps: yes new to this board. Bought in 2 weeks ago, used to be long term holder of Greatland gold til late last year.

This is a no brainer buy.
Even if you assume they NEVER produce anymore than the annualised run rate of their production at Q3, and say their all in costs never improve to anything better than $1400 - then stock is already on mid single digits cashflow yield (at 1800 g).
This is super cheap as the upside of them delivering literally anything is massive.
