You just need to look at the number of posts and posters on this stock.
It’s mind boggling.
This tells you how many people are in already - and how overhyped this is.
Compare this to the board of ANY other Uk listed lithium stock and you will know the problem with this.

Of course it’s the most overhyped lithium stock I know of. By a MILE.
And overhyped by people who have no clue about valuation - amateur punters who just have been on social media long enough to have a huge following - and benefit from a self fulfilling prophecy. Until the music stops.

The market is in panic mode, across.
But again don’t miss what’s just in front of you, nor the forest from the trees.
A stock which is now up ONLY £3m year to date - despite MASSIVE silver and frankly game changing hits since, as summarised above is just a screaming buying opportunity.
Oh and by the way- silver does well when fear takes the lead.

Please stop talking about funding requirements.

Their capex need is something like USD2bn - and that’s before the inflation explosion we ve been witnessing.
The stock is underperforming because of management’s radio silence.

Surprised to see the shares up only c20% since the beginning of the year.
That’s around + £6m of value since.
This despite the huge silver hits - for which I remind the significance here :
GGP’s Havieron Discovery hole was 360gm gold. UFO hit 257-1000gm Gold Equivalent (!) on 2 holes.
Another, 60m east was 125gm GE all at surface.

Let’s not lose sight. These results were a game changer for the company.

Supplying glass industry is typically technical grade lithium. :)

1) when something is priced at ZERO: there is ONLY upside scope to surprise.
Battery grade material is irrelevant. If they prove they can do technical grade like Prospect Lithium’s Arcadia deposit that fedtches a massive premium over spodumene.
Being overly cautious on a stock that yields on tin alone 20% on a pilot plant phase are totally missing the convex type payoff - hence little rise with massive upside scope this offers.

Finally started moving.
This is by far the cheapest play on Lithium I Know of - across AIM, ASX and TSX.
Can’t rally get any cheaper… Shares currently discounting its very significant lithium resource at ZERO in the shares - and get juicy cashflow generation on tin here already.
Hm how about when they double the resource to 200Mt.
Globally significant for Lithium.

A TSX listed company has an 8% stake in a nickel mine in Papua New Guinea majority owned by Chinese group. Co is called Nickel 28. That nickel asset has lower grades than Corcel at just below0.9%. That’s a smaller 220Mt resource vs Corcel’s 290Mt.
Backing out from Nickel 28 mcap - I get to an implicit value of that mine of USD1bn.
So, two things to take from this 1) The Chinese like those in our JV partnership - already operate in Nickel in Papua New Guinea. That’s very bullish. 2) Our project is here valued at a joke of around 0.5%NAV.
If this doesn’t underscore current valuation nothing will.

Really incredible how cheap this company is.
Corcel has broadly the same size Nickel resources as Horizonte Minerals (also laterite) and grades broadly similar too.
Yet here we are at £5m valuation while they are at £220m.
This will at some point truly explode higher.
What’s the downside? None- the upside of mining lease is just enormous.
NO BRAINER

Recovering after a nonesense drop.
This stock is considerably undervalued given 1) the incredible partnerships it has, 2) its leverage to higher oil prices, 3) the optionality the stock offers from opening up its products to encompass wider critical metals 3) the £6m+ of cash on hand.

The company can deny as much as it wishes. You don’t run a £80m company with cash reserves barely sufficient to cover g&a for a few months. If you don’t do a rights issue now, you just kick the can down the road and at the expense of drilling.
Due diligence typically takes months

Another lesson: ALWAYS compare valuations of stocks in the same sector.
ALWAYS be open to seeing how other stocks are valued In that space …
Or you get toasted.
That idiotic term of ‘cross ramping’ is only used by those who are too narrow minded to know how their ownership screens relatively - and naive, and ultimately subject to get toasted.
Every investor should look at stocks they don’t own in that same sector in order to make a decision about which is the best to own, and why; and when it’s time to get out, and where to the deploy gains.
Bulls make money, bears make money, pigs get slaughtered.

You need the new Czech government to clarify its plans on battery industry and lithium.
Radio silence is why this stock has been amongst the worse performers in the past 1y I know of on lithium.
But gets back to what we discussed before - Keith doesn’t have full authority to speak - clearly. This is political and until the official communication is out little he can do or say.
Sadly the market doesn’t want to give the stock really any benefit of the doubt or see the following - which to me points to positive outcome:
1) New govt is pro Eu
2) it is also pro green yet, it backs nuclear and gas - it backed those to be included in taxonomy. My argument is why would they be for these and against lithium/mining. Makes no sense.
3) it’s pro business since it’s pro privatisations
4) it does not intend to replace the CEO of Cez - so chose continuity of strategy - a big relief avoiding plenty of delays.
5) EBRD just took a stake in EuroManganese - Czech Managnse project owned by TSX and ASX listed EMN. This is a vote of confidence from the EU institution - and post elections.

Please pardon these people. I have been telling them what I thought of Prem on their board and they didn’t like it. So they came here to pollute the chat and insult me. :)
