Silver price continues to rise today - at nearly $24/oz.

With the huge silver grades we have been hitting at EH - the stocks’s sensitivity to silver prices needs to increase markedly.
This stock is way too cheap - and the re-rate since the spectacular EH drilling results has been meagre compared to the implications - they were a GAME CHANGER.

It’s trading on a massive 45% cashflow yield when taking into account lithium byproducts, on my numbers. And this is just on this year’s forecast production and at pilot plant phase (!)

ATM has a smaller mcap yet ALREADY has a highly cash generative tin asset and TWICE Li resource size of Prem (1.1Mt) and key infra in place!

I think that’s a POSITIVE, signals continuation of strategy.
That could have been a big risk for us, which would have caused plenty of delays.

My view is actually that the new PM is more market oriented. He s pro privatisations, I read.
I deduce he s also pro Lithium since they expressed being pro nuclear and pro gas (!) …. So why would they be against mining lithium…
What I think our CEO makes a mistake in, is not diversifying. Adding another Li asset somewhere - taking a stake in another project.
Create a sort of Piedmont.
He could have done that cheaply last year. He didn’t.

It’s the fact that for good or worse half the resource is owned by a govt owned entity and this new govt coalition has been radio silent on their plans for lithium. Radio silence also means offtake radio are waiting to hear of govt plans. A lull.
The market basically punished EMH by a factor of 2x on share p for this.
I actually see this as a great entry point. Jadar out of the way makes this project all the more attractive and crucial. Europe can’t scarp their aspiration of self sufficient by relying on African producers to supply them when they have a monstrous resource just here.

Be careful. Yes we have a problem in Europe in approving mining projects.
But in African the risk premium needs to be equally elevated for the jurisdiction risk involved there.

Prem aims at CONCENTRATE product.
They are currently valued at 40% NPV at a sustainable long term spod price.
Moreover they are present on one of whose jurisidiction in Africa.
Their current resource is 0.5Mt LCE- we re are close to 4 of effective share.
Finally, they have exploration targets but NO FUNDS to drill.
Prem is outrageously valued compared to EMH. Do eiter Prem crashes back to earth or EMH catches up from its non sensical valuations.
In fact EMH should already by 2x higher if they catch up on its massive sector underpformance.

No brainer.
I am getting to 4x UPSIDE.

At spot NDPR, I estimate NPV of mine + separation of USD1.8bn. Key number in upcoming FS.
=> Sock currently priced sub 5% NPV (!) And this doesn’t even factor in any value from either REE recycling nor the uranium licenses

EMH when you see a stock like PREM at £65m you know how dysfunctional AIM is.
That’s half valuation of EMH which has >7Mt LCE resource, JV with Czech multi billion utility and an asset not in Zimbabwe but in CzechR. You want cheap lithium and quality buy EMH and Afritin Mining (stock where 1.1Mt LCE lithium resource discounted at zero in shares).
