I post again, as some social media posters are using excuse to tag zinnwald to tell people to buy Bradda. This is misinformed and misleading.
Don’t compare Bradda to Zinnwald. BHL is very early stage, so far has a tiny resource at v low grade and rest is all exploration - to a feasibility stage project (7x the size) bordering the largest hard rock Li project in Europe and which is a clear M&A target.

I don’t see anything wrong with those EBITDA numbers.
They are based on 51% ownership; and implicitly, I estimate it’s based on pfs lithium p so - $12k lithium p. So there is meaningful upside to the numbers.

Bradda is very early stage, has so far a very small resource with low grade.
Rest is all exploration.
So it’s a totally different investment proposition.
Actually; Bradda is pricey for what they have so far.

High profile appointment to board today. Principal in charge of sustainable business opportunities and mining ops specialist at Anglo American, appointed with immediate effect as non exec director.
Since the arrival of the new chairman several months ago; the board of Getech has improved and been strengthened considerably.
I think this particular appointment will be beneficial especially in widening the reach and breadth of the Getech product to cover lucrative critical minerals, thanks to the appointee’s mining expertise.

You also list a whole bunch of companies which trade at 4-5x the valuation multiple of ZNWD.

What huge uncertainty on BCN.Ganfeng deal? The Chinese authorities gave their green light and if the market saw a huge risk - Bacanora wouldn’t be trading so close to takeout price.
Timing of production…. None of the lithium companies can confirm their exact timing of production. Don’t tell me a pfs stage company giving you ballpark dat has any more value than us being and feasibility stage.

How can we be up only c50%, when in the past month we have :
1) Grown the flagship resource by 100%
2) Added another 50% on top of that to group Li resources from the new exploration license.
And in spite of all this, stock still the cheapest EU lithium play by far, and an obvious M&A target by either Ganfeng, EMH, or another.
This is a buying opportunity.

Ganfeng underpaying for Bacanora yes - as they effectively getting Zinnwald for free.
They are paying fair price for Sonora given its a CLAY resource - and paying an average multiple for the asset.

Lithium Sector is on FIRE - stocks have yet to catch up to all the fantastic news flow over the past couple of months.
We have had series of M&A activity (Ganfeng super active across (BCN, Millennial amongst others), Piedmont/IRR).
Offtake agreements are also multiplying. Yesterday night we had Vulcan get one from LG. A month or so ago, Infinity also got one from LG. Meanwhile Stellantis is said to have agreed and offtake on geothermal too.
In the US, GM agreed an offtake for geothermal.
Finally hydroxide prices according to Platts have hit $16.5k!

After Bacanora, Ganfeng just announced the takeover of TSX listed Millennial Lithium - Argentina brine - for USD280m.

The implied take out valuation price is around 33% NAV, I calculate.
Recall, they offered to pay for Bacanora’s Sonora asset a higher, 55% multiple.

Again ZNWD trades at mere 12% (=3-5x upside)
