I don't see this as the catalyst for a big move up or down. Christmas trading crucial and CEO would have had over 9 months in the job...he will need to start delivering on the online strategy at some point soon.

Way over done. Will add more if I can free funds whilst price stays this low. This could be a great company but MM needs to get the right help to allow him to concentrate on the tech and others on the PR. GL all

Not good on first read. Expect market to drop this. May take opportunity to top up in the hope of a strong turnaround in 2022.

What a bloody joke that auction was. What were Fortress playing at!? They were willing to pay 1p per share more than the CDR offer. Why bother with waiting for an auction? Should have just tabled it as best and final offer and been done with this weeks ago. Very strange.

Mixed feelings. Still absolutely happy with the price given where this share has traded for so long... I knew this was worth a lot more when I invested way back but I knew we would never see true value given how Undervalued UK plc is and remains. So I'm happy with the price paid but gutted to see a great business go this way. Well done to LTH... Nearly there.

I've been in since before the sea lion drill. I have written these off but pop my head in every now and again. I'm glad Premier HBR are out but wow how badly have the board let us down.

At least back then we had some competent people in the company with Pierre and Dave B. Moody has just milked this.

I wouldn't read too much into SP movements today. Will get hammered. This is all about the Italian arbitration now and finding a partner. My advice is sign up to action group and forget about sp for a while.

That's a shame but will focus minds on the 800p bid . we should start seeing SP get back up towards thats price. I do wonder what the major shareholders will think about the aborted bid as the RNS clearly comes across as MGGT were not very open or supportive of the higher bid.

As frustrating as it is ...this is the time to switch off from the daily SP fluctuations...not read the IC article but if it is as inaccurate as you say this is likely not an accident and an attempt to drive down the SP in the short term. The update was not great but it was not terrible...this will settle in a week or so and then we wait for the next update.

I also think the Update provided by MS was a defensive move. Not suggesting there was firm interest but the board would be right to be worried about a TO at such low prices. An unexpected update caught the shorters off guard too. Good move from the board and I would think they have more to come in positive news flow in the next update.

Have to admit the speed of this rise has even surprised me! Well overdue and hopefully plenty more to come. Still undervalued.

This is the reality of the world we live in unfortunately...especially whilst UK PLC as a whole remains so undervalued. As a lth I will be sad to see this go into US PE hands but I'm happy that we have at least now got a fair valuation for it. This has been so undervalued for so long and there are so many others...MKS is another and it is good to see some sort of recovery over there today because as a MKS shareholder I fear the same will happen to them unless the value is reflected in the SP.

This biding war doesn't want to end! I thought 285p would be the end of this but looking at market reaction it seems another bid could arrive...maybe £3 is not out of reach here? Either way I'm happy to hold and see how this ends...285p should be the worst case here now. GL and well done to holders.
