CPX said they had to make a 'non-material' settlement paid in 3 installments, which possibly was over two different tax years. I think in one of the year end accounts you can see a final overall total of legal amount in the region of £1m, but I'd have to go back and check.
I would expect the suspension to last in weeks at a minimum. It's not just the document (prospectus) that needs to be produced, but the FCA have to also approve the document. Just my understanding from when this has happened on previous shares I've been invested in. I could be and usually am totlly wrong ;-)
Yes that would make sense. He must have put an order in each time (so 3 orders). The first order for 5%. Then he only reports once the MM have filled that order.
Does anyone know why Holliday only TR1'd at 5, 8 and 10%? Why not at 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10% each time? Is it illegal not to inform as soon as one of those % thresholds is passed?
Now we know why so many large buys have been coming in the last couple.of weeks. Glad I'm invested but hope I can still add a little more at a decent price on re-listing. It will be very interesting to see where it opens!

Micky thanks for your posts this past week. It's great to have someone take the time to explain the mechanics of what'a going on. Your posts are very interesting and informative! Here's to hearing your commentary all the way to 1p 👍
With Schurter's 5%, Cooley at 10% and presumably soon Holliday at 10% that's a nice chunk of shaes off the market. Just need a couple of ii now to soak up more of the free float.
Volume has been huge there the laat few days. Large buys going through but the share price is hardly flinching so there must still be a large seller out there. Once they are cleared this will shoot upwards.
