Someone offloaded £420k worth of shares at 14p yesterday. There was also £150k worth dumped at 15p if I remember correctly.

And also 76% from here takes us to low 60s, which is exactly where the charts are pointing for the next zone.

Rocket, in my opinion the company will be bought out before it gets relisted and due to the 'drag along' clause we will have our shares sold automatically at that point. That should still be way north of where they are now, but not as much as if they got to list on Nasdaq, which would be a real shame.

Update: HL have received paper copies of the share certificates and are in the process of communicating to individual shareholders. My understanding is we will have the choice of receiving the certificates in the post or to hold them in a fund and share account.

People on the other board talking about a sale. Maybe, but not yet. Smith wants to turn this into a dividend paying company. There are further investments and acquisitions to come before any sale (see recent RNS).

If we were to get to a £1.2 billion market cap, what kind of sales would support that? A P/S ratio over 1 indicates the stock is overvalued, whereas under 1 indicates undervalued. So let's for argument's sake set the P/S at 1.

That gives annual sales of £1.2 billion. That's a long way to go from barely £3m currently.

He must see better value in CPX in the short term. Will be interesting to see how both unfold over the next 18 months.

It's quite possible (probable) that the headphones will be released prior to granting of the patents. Although that's fine because Lars had mentioned that the competition can't catch up anyway (in one of the investor meetings earlier this year).

I think they didn't know what they were getting into with AIM, now it's just a play thing for the shorters.

They said they needed to come to AIM to have easier access to capital but the shorters will tank the share price making it even harder to raise. What a siht show.

Nice contract win and update. Not a huge £ but looks like there will be a steady stream of additional contracts in the coming months.

The company did say the design in takes many years so who knows it could be the Sony dashcam.
