Cant believe some investors just have tunnel vision and believe another offer will come, this snippet and phrase used in rns "final opportunity". They still dont want to read what is in the rns, if amc run out of cash company will lose its asset no one will invest in russia, amc cannot hold onto asset and kick the can hoping another offer will come.

Directors said if the deal is rejected there are no alternatives to take the project forward.

Look at syria, russia, usa and iran are still in their. Nato and ukraine have said we will not negotiate unless russia withdraws fully, this isnt gonna happen. So this conflict will last years.

Amc is small fish, for all russia can do is take the asset away from us, what will we do? Take them to arbitration, how will we fund that? Will they care?

I suggest the no voters read the rns it states that this is Svidlov final offer, no more. Stubborn ones hoping for a miracle will not happen, you will lose it all. If you are so damn in losing it then take offer and give to charity as least someone benefits.

Last time only 22% of voting rights voted, 75% of those voted no, alot of finally conceded this time this is last offer so i see it passing.

Read the rns, directors and lawyers and nomads would have verified the rns.

Now that the deal is out in open am i right in saying Svidlov and his proxies can buy shares to get the deal over.

You cannot blame the board, the war began just as they were close to signing deal. Then west started putting sanctions on russia and ordering companies not to invest. In current situation its impossible to sell asset to foreign entity.

The board itself say the asset is worth between 105m-138m but obviously a bit of discount cos its in russia. Svidlov is paying 25p in the £1 for the asset. God knows how long the war will last but we one can speculate that sanctions will be on for along time.

Why would they suspend, they didnt at the last vote. Its gonna start creeping to at least 1.8p before the meeting.

1.8p per share is special divi, you still keep all you shares after payment. NAV will be 2.4p per share. Company have stated they have identified near term production assets.

Many didnt vote last time knowin the deal would go through. Little did they know about 15% of holders made a group trying to kill deal.

I think this time around the board will be on the phone asking big holders to vote yes.

Pog was actually in production and large producer.

If that went down amc can also they can just nab that from us. The rule of law changed when west stole russian foreign reserves illegally.

Pog should never have gone into administration had it not been for sanctions.

Kinross sold its assets last month with massive discount. The russian govt has agreed to disposal, it was svidlov who bought that too.

I want the special divi which will give me 1.8p a share return. I will likely forget about the shares hold for at least 12 months who knows it maybe worth 1.3p again. :)
