As phase 3 progresses share price will likely go higher and more funds will get interested i dont think they will convert for small gains. If that was case placing wasnt required and the warrants would have been enough.

Whats certain if all 5p warrants triggered it will generate plenty of cash and no more funding will be required.

You are correct its 2023, its lansteads thats is 2031.

To put it in perspective 50m shares is ONLY £2.5m. So not a problem to be gobbled up within year if they decide to convert. Phase 3 will likely increase sp as we get closer to end result.

What you proved to me in last few weeks is you are shady trader you ramped made 30% and then went negative hoping to make another 30% if sp falls.

Its not that they will convert overnight, they have until 2031. 50m warrants we cleared 20m shares from placing earliar this month. Not long for fda verdict, if its a yes many pi's and funds will jump in. Its clearly double figures in my view if its a yes.

it would have to be great turn around by fda to deny phase 3 to avion/imm when it was only last year they gave go ahead its only the PK study which has held back the trials, IMM has stated the PK studies has been successful and FDA has stated a written response is sufficient. This to me suggest they are happy. Bring on monday will surprise alot of people.
