Its interesting ppl like him pop up and not hold, as FUM got its eu license LBO popped up and has been there since in FUM thread , causing doubt in investors. FUM too went to 5p now its 40p tryin to make progress in USA.

I think once phase 3 commences this will gradually increase near results it will be over 50p.

Current price is great for investors as once phase 3 trials are confirmed this will surge.. good times coming...

The ceo said they had permission from fda last year, they could have technically started it then. But they asked for pk study which they didnt last time, they could have started without pk study bit they didnt want to offend the "gatekeepers".

Remember Avion are running the show now, they have got 3 drugs through fda so they know what they are doing.

Clearly the drug work effectively with patients who have biomarker ie mid to late stage lupus. It was only that in the usa study only 1/3 of patients had the biomarkers had it been 2/3 patients with biomarker who knows they may have been approved.

Avion have looked at all the data they are taking the risk they know its a great drug..

When they announced the PK study back in april IMM went in double figures, the PK test was needed for phase 3 trials, i think there is some placing churn going on, good thing is its small, £1m is not huge.

Once IMM drug gets back to phase 3 i think there will be rerate.

two comparative companies with phase 3 product are valued at £57m and £111m, with avion doing all the hard work and IMM fully funded for at least 1 year, i see this rerating to double figures when fda approves phase 3 trials.

You clearly havent done research, they did trials in europe and usa, in europe 2/3 were patients with biomarkers present and in usa 1/3 of patients had biomarkers present.

The conclusion was the drug worked on those with the biomarkers.

Hopefully this should now start to move.

So only those with biomarkers present will be in phase 3.

So it works.

If you buy after the vote and its agreed then share price will be close to 1.8p. It buying now that you can make 30% and keep your shares.

The question is will the sale be accepted?

The board has recommended shareholders to accept 35m for KM, they think this maybe their last chance to get their sunk cost back.

The board will do what the shareholders say, whether its a yea or a no. If its a no shareholders cannot cry later on if the company loses KM or goes bust.

How many really to want to chance it?

What will europe do to keep ppl warm in winter, print more money. USA had perfect financial system which they controlled and anyone who strayed was punished now bigger countries are not taking it, they setting own system.
