No western companies will touch a russian asset for a very long time, russia govt decides who can transfer assets to other companies. Now AMC are selling to an russian oligarch so im confident they would agree to this.

Cant blame russia, it was our large companies who threathened them by sayin they will dump all their assets in russia.

We will never get full value, this is great deal for amc considering the situation. They could have got nothing..

It was one of the board members who along with a PE decided to bid for thg. Incidently the director was still voted in to remain a director for thg. I found this strange.

If anyone can prove me wrong the next offer cant be lower than 170p for at least another 10 months.

it wont be done that quick, they have destroyed shareholders value and the least MM can do is step down. 66p thg is trading, what the hell.

they should have sold thg for 170p a share. Clearly separation wont happen and now its a drag for the MM to get the company has cheap as possible, he said he will take it private. Will he wait 10 more months so the 170p offer becomes irrelevant?
