Very disappointed whats happening here. Mkt cap 21m thats like companies with nothing to show for. Changes need to be made at lnd. Over 50m spent exploring for resources and trading at 21m mkt. What is happening..

if there was a significant shift in numbers you would have heard about it now, h1 has been completed.

The chairman is on £400k per annum and he has just purchased £1m shares at 86p, rich people dont just trow money away.

i keep on repeating this but 2 months ago a PE company offered 170p per share for thg, how the hell is this now trading at 70p?

but it still shouldnt be valued at the current price, 0.3X 2022 revenue.

THG has 3 major divisions, Beauty, Ingenuity and Nutrition all are different, even in the current climax it shouldnt be valued this low.

just compare it with others, thg has liquidity, plenty of cash, cash neutral 2023, at the moment trading at 0.3X 2022 revenue.

None of the other companies i have mentioned are trading so low to their revenue, even just trading 1X 2022 revenue this is 210p per share. What the hell is the uk market doing to THG, they have four strong divisions employing over 10k people.

look at shopify, $49bn mkt cap, not profitable, revenue $4.6bn.

Look at uber, deliveroo all non profitable they are growth stocks, th should have listed in the US rather than UK. UK not a good place to do business anymore.

Lets say ingenuity revenue is 200m in 22, 5x that and we have 1bn valuation. The rest of the divisions are in for free and over 530m in bank.

Mkt cap of 977m for all the divisions is effing bargain... ignore the noise this will turn, if the shorter get it lower buy more.

You cant reject 170p offer few monthd ago and then think 70p valuation on mkt is fair.
