Nothing much will happen to allow a documented RNS to be issued in the next month or so (apart from maybe, litigation on Ireland). But that's not to say that there is nothing happening. Action taking place with all three of Predators ventures.

If we enter litigation with the government it would certainly be in conjunction with other companies who have been treated just as badley as Predator.

What would a successful claim be worth and likely time scale?

For anyone with a basic intelligence, it is clear that there is gas in the Moroccan sands, plus a likelihood of Helium.

Historically these sands have also produced oil.

We have hardly scratched the surface of this asset. In that time we have produced countless logs and data proving there is gas. A prime example is Mou-3. The well was so overpressurised that it gave Predator problems. Our well engineer stated that with correct treatment the gas can flow. Due to formation damage this has not yet happened. But the gas is there.

The simple fact is, Predator has an asset that has shown gas in multiple wells.

The other thing to remember is there will be multiple areas of our licence that are yet undiscovered. The potential is enormous.

The hard part will be the negotiation to get a decent deal.

We may need to prove up Mou-6 to achieve top Dollar but PG has said that is the overall concept that he is marketing.

He is also aware that we can be swallowed up whole for a pittance. To date he has kept a tight rein on finance. He has also started building up Trinidad and a way to strengthen his hand by producing revenue.

Like all businesses there are games being played and corporate agendas designed to wear a company down so that they become easy prey.

Predator are staying strong, they are solvent and showing a marketable value for potential clients.

Last point, the Moroccan government and their King want the gas and are building up their infrastructure and staff. They will not let years pass and will have a massive influence on everything. Our relationship with them is good.

To sum up. This share is currently 3p. My break even is 10p.

We will sell for way higher than this low price.

What is not useful is the none stop replies to the trolls plus of course the endless garbage from the green filtered trolls.

The trolls sow seeds of doubt.

The other agenda is to fill this BB with pointless spats and misinformation.

What is becoming apparent is that the end game is in sight.

Predator management know we have a marketable asset.

There are companies interested.

The time scale is unknown but one year is a good bet. Sell, buy or hold, it's up to each individual to decide on their own strategy.

A deal is still to be finalised and there are many variables, but it is happening.

My average is 10p.

From the French artical a few days ago they printed this:

“The plan is to receive an upfront payment upon signing, followed by royalty payments indexed to production milestones, within a tax and legal framework already structured to enable a tax free transfer of control. The company estimates the risk valuation of its Moroccan resources at £160 million or about 23.4p pence a share, a level it says is still not reflected in the share price.”

Predator should sell for a higher value than that but at 23.4 pence I would have an excellent return.

We also have potential value in Ireland and real value in Trinidad.

Tbh it does not matter what anyone writes, unless your trying to trade or short, Paul will sell and he will achieve value. Part of this modern day life is trolls. They add nothing but easy to filter and not engage with.

This presentation marks the end of the exploration cycle carried out between 2021 and 2025 and the start of an economic development phase, based on consolidated technical data.

Guercif, a confirmed gas asset

According to the published data, the drilling and analysis campaign conducted from 2021 to 2025 has consolidated significant geological results. The MOU-1 and MOU-3 wells established the presence of biogenic gas over a 16 km² structural zone embedded in a potential trap of 81 km². Analyses carried out by NuTech, based on log models assisted by artificial intelligence, highlighted 91 meters of interval containing gas without the presence of water in MOU-1 and MOU-3.

The independent report by ScorpionGeoscience, published in June 2024, estimates the resources at 588 BCF of gas (including 441 BCF net for Predator) and 1.86 BCF of helium. Five other gas traps were also identified by seismic, as well as additional potential in deeper Triassic formations.

The MOU-5 well, drilled under budget and without incident, opens a new geological perspective: it intercepted a Triassic formation over approximately 100 km², comparable to other producing structures located in Morocco and Algeria. This well is presented as "play-opening," that is, revealing a new level of potential production.

A second technical report, finalized in August 2025 by ScorpionGeoscience, confirms the possibility of gas storage in salt within the Guercif block. This point is considered strategic in a context of energy diversification and development of the gas sector in Morocco. The presence of helium was also confirmed in the MOU-2, MOU-3 and MOU-4 wells, covering an area of 68.5 km².

We are really under valued at the moment.

This orientation responds to Predator’s low market valuation on the London market, where its capitalisation is lower than the combined value of its cash and fixed investments (£28.3 million).”

(My comment, we are grossly underestimated by the London market, this is due to the fact we have not got any gas to flow, however it is clear to, anyone who has researched, that there is multiple amounts of gas and helium in our drilled wells).

(My comment, this value will rise and will be dependent on productivity. 23.4p would give me a fantastic return and royalties payments would add to the overall income. This is only a starting figure, in my opinions the sky is the limit. For management it will be the balance of selling the potential all ready shown for an acceptable amount.

£1 a share next year while talking about NED share options. This was certainly not a figure he would willing sell for. He wants a lot more. It was more of a tongue in cheek comment. he made it very clear he will never publicly disclose a figure.

It’s the data and knowledge that Predator have proven up that is he is currently marketing and the process has started.

Snowcap 3 and 4 targeting initial 1,000bopd. Snowcap 1 stable 200bopd. Can't produce all intervals, but offset wells in Cory Moruga West are about 300bopd.

Trinidad valuations are based on bopd.

Already had approaches to buy.

We really need some clarification today.

Trinidad is slowly progressing and I like what they are doing there.

Ireland is looking more likely to end up in litigation.

Morocco has amazing prospects but management will be required to prove up the gas before anything can progress.

Where does it leave us in terms of value?

We are in a situation where Predators short to medium share price movement and growth is totally dependent on Mou-3.

If Mou-3 fails then we have nothing this year to add value. If that happens then I will feel let down and extremely disappointed. I'm seven years in and have shown great patience. But I do need something to sweeten the bitter pill of being under water.

Trinidad is very much a long term hold and will add nothing this year.

Ireland is a long shot. Litigation will take years, so no value to be added this year.

For me, the reason to stay positive was that Mou-6 was being pushed forward and it appears to have a good chance of success.

We are now informed that this vital drill is being put back to the later half of next year.

My big question is why, unless they are confident of Mou-3 flowing, has Mou-6 been put back?

Jam tomorrow is not acceptable.

If Morocco is that good and we have partners waiting, could management please explain why the Mou-6 work has stalled and changed from the previous time line?

I'll be interested in Paul's style when he does his presentation.

A lot can be gained by body language and off the cuff remarks.

There is an awful lot that information that he won't be able to disclose.

Instant gratification V time scale is what we have to deal with.

If Predator had any news on Mou-3 then they would be legally bound to inform us.

The gas is there for sure.

Other than that there is very little new news.

You could argue that this is a "Jam tomorrow" presentation. You could also argue that Predator are being open and informative about their direction, highlighting the potential for growth.

They have laid out dates for oil production in Trinidad. They have set out time scales for all events.

This is Predator attempting real public relations, regarding exactly where we are, and how we intend to move forward.

It was always going to take time and unless you're totally thick, or a troll with an agenda, then the time scale is nothing new or a surprise.

The only thing that would have moved this share along would be Mou-3 gas.

I welcome any presentation that adds to my overall knowledge of a share.

Everything is there for investors to make their own decision. Sell, hold or buy. Simple as that.

If you're not happy then sell and shut up. The garbage written today shows either, a total stupidity, as to what Predator are doing, or more likely an agenda. No news means the understanding we all have on this share has NOT changed. The gas and helium is still there. The oil in Trinidad is being increased. The time scale is nothing new.

I will hold for the gas and wait. That's where the real potential is.

They say:

Morocco offers a potentially faster route to commercialisation of shallow biogenic gas through a CNG or micro-LNG development. The MOU-3 well is currently the focus of rigless well testing activities following the perforation of the shallow "A" Sand and shut in of the well to observe for potential reservoir clean-up and pressure build-up over time. Moroccan gas prices are high, and the fiscal terms are some of the best in the world.

Trinidad offers the security of a mature onshore oil province that has been producing hydrocarbons for over 50 years. Predator is assembling a portfolio of onshore producing fields with opportunities for production enhancement and additional infill development and appraisal drilling. Significant legacy tax losses, economies of scale and the application of new low-cost technologies are factors that can improve profit margins per barrel of oil produced.

Hopefully another RNS to follow in the next few days with additional information on progress!

That would make me a profit here but if all goes well I expect a lot higher if we sell up.

I consider Predator to have greater assets.

Why was our AGM delayed?

We have been informed that an investors presentation will be held a few days after the AGM.

What is the point of this presentation?

A possible reason would be a fund raise to expand the program. This would require a 'jam tomorrow", type speech. It would also require an RNS issued prior to the AGM.

Other than that we already know all about Predator short and medium term plans.

What we don't know is how Mou-3 pressure testing is going, or the oil production numbers/well interventions from Trinidad.

However, we do know that, with a successful outcome on Mou-3, doors will be opened and deals can be finalised.

We are currently in a world of possible NDA's with deals hidden from the public domain.

If this well stays as a "work in progress", then information regarding Mou-6 will be vitally important as it will determine the way forward and impact on the share price.

In the days running up to the AGM we will all be waiting for the 7:00 am RNS. Without any formal news the presentation will be hollow in content.

The ducks are lining up but is it still a little early for the end game? Revenue from Trinidad will be ramped up but not enough to be meaningful by the AGM date. Unless Mou-3 is actually flowing gas then it will be months before we start on Mou-6.

I really hope that Paul had learnt from past interviews that investors need results.

I do believe we will finally get a return but not by the AGM date.
