Morocco:

Memorandum of Understanding executed for the purchase natural gas; designing, funding, constructing and operating an LNG distribution network; and to provide the services of selling and distributing LNG to industrial and commercial users in Morocco.

This should be at an advanced stage now.

According to the published data, the drilling and analysis campaign conducted from 2021 to 2025 has consolidated significant geological results. The MOU-1 and MOU-3 wells established the presence of biogenic gas over a 16 km² structural zone embedded in a potential trap of 81 km². Analyses carried out by NuTech, based on log models assisted by artificial intelligence, highlighted 91 meters of interval containing gas without the presence of water in MOU-1 and MOU-3.

The independent report by ScorpionGeoscience, published in June 2024, estimates the resources at 588 BCF of gas (including 441 BCF net for Predator) and 1.86 BCF of helium. Five other gas traps were also identified by seismic, as well as additional potential in deeper Triassic formations

A second technical report, finalized in August 2025 by ScorpionGeoscience, confirms the possibility of gas storage in salt within the Guercif block. This point is considered strategic in a context of energy diversification and development of the gas sector in Morocco. The presence of helium was also confirmed in the MOU-2, MOU-3 and MOU-4 wells, covering an area of 68.5 km².

On March 5th 2025 Oak Securities set a valuation of £1.48 on Predator.

What will the revised value be with the new ITR?

We do not need the gas to flow to get a partner or sale.

Divestment does not rely on Mou-6.

Trinidad:

Trinidad is also adding real value as we advance the work overs.

NABI are progressing towards the 1000bopd target, within one year, and regular updates are now being issued.

Snowcap 3 will add additional funds with the profit going to Predator. SC-3 is targeting a return of 500/1000bopd.

This current market value gives everyone an opportunity to buy at below placement price.

We will not know, how the churn is going, until we see the bid above 3.5p.

It's also impossible to know if the big transaction are buys or sells.

4.5 million raised bought a lot of shares that will mostly be traded. Maybe some will hold but normally institutes like to sell on for their acceptable margins.

The current share price is MM's trying to squeeze the sellers into minimal profit and to purchase the shares cheap. The MM's also know that, big news will end their ability to continue with the squeeze and shares will then cost more.

It's an artificial price and the value will move with news and with the ending of the churn.

The Predator news cycle has already started and will continue throughout this year.

Trinidad is progressing and adding real value with oil production. Snowcap 3 will be a game changer.

News will start to flow in Morocco, in the next month or so. Massive potential here and Mou-6 to look forward to later in the year.

Never easy waiting with a stagnant share price. But it will move.

This is what Predator said on 17th December:

MOU-3 rigless testing of the shallow "A" Sand verified for the first time the extent and causes of formation damage linked to the original drilling programme.

It validated the NuTech interpretation of gas saturations and gas shows seen whilst drilling before mud weight was increased to shut off gas inflow into the well.

It provided the data necessary to ensure that appraisal/development wells can be programmed to mitigate against formation damage to enure maximum possible stabilised gas flow rates from the NuTech-interpreted gas reservoirs.

· Focus for initial appraisal and potential development is confined to the section above 950 metres in MOU-3 in the structure penetrated by MOU-1 and MOU-3.

 

On this basis discussions with two parties are ongoing on the basis of a fully-funded CNG and/or micro-LNG development.

Validation of the NuTech interpretation of gas saturations is also likely to significantly increase potential for prospective gas resources beyond the limits of the MOU-1 and MOU-3 structure in the interval down to 950 metres.

A fully-funded Environmental Impact Assessment will be commenced for a CNG/micro-LNG development together with a preliminary Front End Engineering Design concept.

An updated Independent Technical Resources report ,which will take into consideration the studies completed in 2025, is likely to uplift gas resources for the MOU-1 and MOU-3 structure.

We should start seeing news soon.

We also have Mou-6 to look forwards to.

Trinidad is also moving forward at pace and I'm looking forward to the potential rewards of Snowcap 3.

I'm expecting a return this year and the signs are encouraging!

128,571,419 million new ordinary will take a while to churn, especially if the MM's keep the bid at below the 3.5p placement price.

No real volumes since Friday.

There have been some large transactions but not a volume normally associated with a placement of this size.

Once the market settled down and the placement shares have been sold we will start to see a true valuation based on Trinidad and Moroccan news.

Maybe the institution see a longer term value !🦖

Trinidad:

With the last update, the existing production was 387bopd.

Forecasted production is an addition 350/400 bopd.

That makes 737/787bopd.

That's just the work over the next six to eight weeks by NABI.

There will also be revenue from Snowcap 3 shortly. Testing results early Q3.

The flow rate is expected to be between 500/1000 bopd, resulting in a revenue, per month, of one/two million.

This revenue will not be shared with NABI and is the main reason for the fund raise.

The revenue from Snowcap 3 should quickly recover the placement money.

Predator will be using their own T38 refurbished rig.

There will then be 2 rigs and teams pushing on with work-overs and new drills!

2000bopd is very doable in the near future.

Morocco:

‌A successful application for an Exploitation Concession in 2026 will crystalise the considerable value currently assigned to the discovered gas in Guercif licence area.

Nothing is certain but Predator are moving forward with confidence.

There will be a few weeks of churning the placement shares.

The unwashed will do their best to spread panic and fear.

However, the reality is:

The future is looking really encouraging.with real progress being made on a daily basis.

Having the T38 rig will certainly give Predator the opportunity to advance the money making opportunities in Trinidad.

I'm guessing that as well, as drilling SC-3 and other potential new wells, Predator will also use the rig in a similar fashion to NABI, with work overs in the Cory-Moruga field.

If each new well costs around 3 mil we would need to start financing new drills out of revenue. Using the money from the workovers wells will help with general finance but the main revenue will come from SC-3 and other new wells.

Given enough time this revenue will fund an expansion of drilling and work overs. The likelihood is that the oil production will soon be at a level of 2000 bopd.

NABI are already doing their part and the initial results are excellent.

With the second rig we will really up the production and money revenue.

Innis-Trinity could also be advanced by either rigs if Predator decide to scale up the Trinidad operations.

The potential is enormous.

On the Snowcap 3 drill are we using NABI's rig?

I think there could be a strong possibility of Predator buying additional old oil fields in Trinidad.

If we do expand the well work over programmes, will we continue to using NABI as our only on site drilling team?

There appears to be a massive amount of potential wells to revisit.

To me, it is looking like there's a opportunity to expand the rate of well work overs!

Trinidad, by Q3, should really start moving this share price.

The market does not respond well to failed promises and missed targets. However in Trinidad we are now seeing fantastic progress with a program of well interventions and a Snowcap 3 drill.

The oil production should really move Predator up a notch or two.

We are not there yet but the initial target have been reached earlier than anticipated.

Placing Shares are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on or around 23 January 2026.

Placing price of 3.5 pence each.

The MM's are offering 3.4 to buy.

Until the price ups a bit, most institutes would be unwilling to sell.

Unless I'm misunderstanding something.

Some would of been forward sold.

4.5 million is a lot to churn.

I think we can expect a few week's of stagnation, unless news comes.

Today's combined programme's forecasts are expected to add between 300 and 400 bopd.

Existing production is currently

387.

Forecasted production 350/400.

That makes 737/787bopd. (This is without snowcap 3).

That's just the work over the next six to eight weeks. Let that sink in.

The scale of growth is impressive and will continue to add real value.

PG has set up an excellent money earner with NABI. The one financial downside is the deal with the operator. It made perfect business sense at the time to let them take the initial development risk. It was a win, win for both sides.

However yesterday's fund raise shows a change in direction where Predator will not share the bigger prizes like Snowcap 3. On this drill they will take all the profit. Hence the fund raise.

I can't remember what the anticipated return from snowcap 3 is? (a figure would be appreciated), but if successful, it will transform Trinidad into a solid money earning company.

The main complaint with Predator is that they have promised much but delivered nothing in value.

This is no longer true and the market will respond to a company making millions in oil production.

Just need to see the placement shares churned. Then it's full steam ahead!

This new money steam will give PG a powerful negotiating hand in Morocco.

Bonasse field:

Agreement with NABI. NABI will commence this month drilling the deeper TPD-CD1 to 1800 feet in the Bonasse field.

Goudron field:

High-potential infield development well and two heavy workovers in Goudron field to commence within the next month (7th January comment).

Snowcap1:

Snowcap-1, drilled and tested in 2010/11, tested the topmost sand (#8 Sand). The 6-foot sand flowed at initial rates of 1100 to 1450 bopd before stabilising at a rate of 500 bopd.

In the Snowcap-1 well the primary basal Herrera #1 and #2 sands were missed due to being faulted out.

Snowcap 3:

Drilling and testing Snowcap-3 ("SC-3") appraisal and development well , operated solely by the Company, will evaluate the gross 600-foot Herrea reservoir interval that contains 8 very good quality reservoirs that produced in the former BP Moruga West field x kms to the SE.

SC-3 location has been selected to penetrate an unfaulted section with good potential for a thickened #1 Sand.

The well is scheduled for Q2 2026 and is expected to take up to 20 days to drill and log to a depth of approximately 5300 feet.

It is intended to put the well in production in Q3 2026 after drilling and testing completes.

SC-3 will potentially unlock the 3P resources for the Herra #1, #2# 3 and #4 Sands of 56.9MM barrels of oil.

Why the raise?:

The work overs, carried out by Predator's well operator, are showing excellent returns. This is a risk free venue (to Predator) however the return is lower due to the operator taking the main financial risk.

Predator have decided that on the more profitable well they are not going to let the operating drillers take the main profit.

Today's decision shows that PG is confident of a successful return.

1000bopd is just a starting point

The profit will now be a lot higher due to the fund raise.

The raise also gives Predator financial independence and funds to move forward.

Trinidad is becoming a revenue stream with oil production increasing every month.

Morocco is still ongoing.

Ireland is not dead.

However, this share is not for the faint hearted !

With 3 days of excellence price movement, something happened yesterday at mid day

Trolls who have been mainly quite turn up in numbers talking about a placement.

And just like that there's a placement.

I will be careful with my choices of words

So all I'll say is that some people appear to be very lucky in their view of things .

Morocco is unchanged and I look forward to news.

We have raised to advance Trinidad and increase profits .

Painful but long term this raise should benefit the shareholder.

I'm an personally annoyed as this latest raise continues to keep me locked in.

Fully funded ? That's the second time management have said that statement only to then do a fund raise.

After 7 years I'm still looking for a financial reward.

Very unhappy but I'll switch off and wait for the developments to happen.

Market open and the start of a new week.

Should be interesting !

It's really hard to predict what the end game prize will be.

Over the years we have had figures measured in pounds!

These figures were based on how much gas we can produce and the potential of the overall concept. That now includes helium and future oil. We will be long gone before the oil stage.

What is unknown is how much the potential, companies interested in Morocco will accept without gas flow.

PG states he can sell without producing .

I think a likely return will be a sale at a lower price. With royalties. 50/100 pence with a royalties % is a total guess but certainly possible on expected gas.

A lot will depend on the ITR.

If there is more that one interested party then even better.

Mou-6 successful drilled along side a massively updated gas potential in the ITR would see no limits to the return.

For now I remain optimistic but the ducks are lining up.

For now, no news will not slow the gradual increases we are witnessing.

I can see a 50% uptick over the next few weeks. Maybe even higher.

Just my personal view and until we can get updates we will have to speculate on known knowledge!

Interesting to note that, with our last month's rise in share value (59.68%), we are now seeing a greatly reduced number of troll posts.

We even had one of the unwashed pumping like mad. (Pump and dump).

Their actions have always been biased and one sided.

Almost certainly a shorting team under multiple names.

Why have they left? I guess that with the massive potential on 3 fronts, it's now a share to buy into.

Unfortunately, they will still post sometimes, as their ego's need attention. But with quotes like "2p by the new year ", it makes their advices looks rather childish.

There will be traders looking for a quick buck or two. Others will be better researched and understand the real potential. The buying power is there.

There were some very large buys in the last few weeks.

The message is getting out, to the general public, that Predator are moving forward.

I see no reason for the share price to not continue to rise and look forward to Monday's market opening.

Golder crosses will add an interest to the chart minded investors, but the first main catalyst will be the ITR. Other news will follow.

After 7 years I really hope that I can finally get my overdue reward. I wish all the LTH the same.

It's not been easy, the reward has always been, frustratingly just round the corner.
