Been with this share for too long to fully relax but I am starting to get a little bit excited.

There's nothing to drag the price down at the moment.

We expect the ITR to be good.

If we don't do an initial deal it will only be because they are offering a low ball figure.

Trinidad continues adding value

Ireland is one for a later date but I could be wrong.

Predator are moving forward on three fronts

January/February:

An updated Independent Technical Resources report ,which will take into consideration the studies completed in 2025, is likely to uplift gas resources for the MOU-1 and MOU-3 structure.

Validation of the NuTech interpretation of gas saturations is also likely to significantly increase potential for prospective gas resources beyond the limits of the MOU-1 and MOU-3 structure in the interval down to 950 metres.

A fully-funded Environmental Impact Assessment will be commenced for a CNG/micro-LNG development together with a preliminary Front End Engineering Design concept.

Desktop well design and drilling programme will be finalised for an appraisal/development well.

The purpose of the fully-funded desktop work during this period is to ensure that the Company and its shareholders get the best possible mutually acceptable terms in commercial negotiations to monetise the discovered gas with the existing entities agreeing to join the Company in a potential FID and development programme.

A successful application for an Exploitation Concession in 2026 will crystalise the considerable value currently assigned to the discovered gas in Guercif licence area.

Trinidad:

Fully-funded forward programme over the next month

· Prepare to drill a new high impact development well in the Goudron field based on the GY-211 results.

· Commence two heavy workovers in the Goudron field.

· Scheduled work programme targeting another significant increase in field production.

· Drilling, testing and geological programme for submission for regulatory approval to drill the high impact Cory Moruga Snowcap-3 (designated SC-3) appraisal/development well.

Ireland:

The Irish government is currently evaluating its approach to natural gas drilling licenses.

Predator says:

The Company intends to make an application in early 2026 to the Department of Climate, Energy and the Environment under Ireland's Freedom of Information Act to compile all internal documents relating to the award of the Corrib South successor authorisation.

I'm not sure in what order the news will flow but at some point the share value will reflect the progress.

Morocco:

MOU-6 well planning near finalisation.

Mou-1:

Formation gas shows were recorded in a shallow sand at 605 metres measured depth ("MD") comprising 2.35% or 19,392 ppm C1 methane.

Total background, exclusively dry gas, increased from 0.6% to 1.7% (5,232 to 13,800 ppm C1) down to 1,159 metres MD. Formation gas shows of 1.8% and 3.8% (13,355 to 36,035 ppm C1) were encountered whilst drilling this section.

Below 1,159 metres in the lower Guebbas and Hoot (using the stratigraphic nomenclature of the Rharb Basin) total background gas was from 0.7% to 1.5% (5,000 to 11,996 ppm C1) but with traces of heavier gases C2, C3 and C4. Formation gas shows of up to 1.67% (13,643 ppm total gases) were also recorded.

Wireline logs were run from 724 to 1487.4 metres MD over the interval with gas shows.

MOU-2 was drilled to 1,260 metres Measured Depth before being suspended for operational reasons for a possible later re-entry.

MOU-3 was drilled to 1,509 metres Measured Depth and completed for rigless testing.

SEVEN GAS samples collected whilst drilling.

Ma and TGB-6 intervals correlated with MOU-1 drilled in 2021 to potentially define a single structure covering up to 21 km2.

11 metres of unexpected sand encountered at shallow depth with OVER-PRESSURISED GAS.

Formation damage predicted due to necessity to drill with heavy drilling mud - to be potentially penetrated using Sandjet rigless testing technology.

· MOU-4 was drilled to 1,199 metres Measured Depth and completed for rigless testing.

Unexpected 58 metres of gross M1 Sand potential reservoir interval, interpreted by NuTech as GAS-BEARING .

21 metres of gross sand in primary target with improved reservoir characteristics compared to MOU-3 and interpreted as GAS-BEARING by NuTech petrophysics.

It will be very interesting and informative to read the ITR when it is published.

Mou-4

I also wonder what the revised NuTech updated technical ITR/CPR will look like in terms of addition gas potential?

Mou-4:

Unexpected 58 metres of gross M1 Sand potential reservoir interval, interpreted by NuTech as gas-bearing.

21 metres of gross sand in primary target with improved reservoir characteristics compared to MOU-3 and interpreted as gas-bearing by NuTech petrophysics.

64 metres of likely gas sands interpreted by NuTech in MOU-4

· Likely gas reservoir at top of Jurassic carbonate target.

519 to 713 metres TVD MD, including the M1 sands.

50 metres of likely gas sands.

778 to 879 metres TVD MD, including the Moulouya fan and Lower Fan.

12 metres of likely gas sands.

1139 to 1143 metres TVD MD, including the top of the Jurassic carbonates.

2 metres of likely gas reservoir with average porosity 19.9% (maximum 20.6%) and average gas saturation 56% (maximum 73%).

The recognition by NuTech of likely good quality thin gas reservoirs at the top of the Jurassic carbonate is particularly significant in the context of the large Jurassic structural closure that MOU-4 was purposely located at the edge of, so as to successfully penetrate the primary pre-drill target which was the Moulouya Fan.

I make no apologies for repeatedly posting data. It is my balance to the constant posts that add nothing to my understanding. I understand the problems cause by the failed drills and the lack of instant success in Mou-5. However to balance this we need to look at where we are now and what does the future hold.

Trolls hate data and truth:

It is relevant to post past failure but if that's all you do then you become a De-ramper. Trolls are unwilling to give a sensible response based on data and research.

It's why most of us bin them.

It's also relevant to post only positivity. But again repeating just positive messages out of context is Ramping.

The real understanding comes from a Past- Present- future analysis of every aspect of the company!

Posters like K-Ozz are excellent in showing us potential and an understanding of the data.

My personal take is a strong buy!

But DYOR.

I wonder when the revised, NuTech updated technical ITR/CPR designed for the incoming suitor will be released? Not sure if it's available to potential suitors yet but they will be first in line!

Mou-3 was already impressive and just a part of what we have. The general opinion is that it will be vastly improved after a more in-depth study.

We should know soon !

1. Ma and TGB-6 sand interval

Within the interval from 815 to 895 metres TVD MD five potential sands with gas shows were encountered. Individual sands have a maximum thickness of 3 metres giving an estimated cumulative thickness of 11.5 metres versus a P10 pre-drill forecast sand thickness of 10 metres.

The Ma Sand had a 3% formation gas show.

TGB-4 sands

Several thin sands of up to one metre in thickness were encountered in TGB-4 from 1046 to 1070 metres TVD MD. Sub-TGB-4 sands

From 1112 to 1140 metres TVD MD. five thin sands, individually up to one metre-thick, were encountered. Moulouya Fan sand

The Moulouya Fan sand was encountered from 1378 to 1437 metres TVD MD with approximately 50.5 metres of sand.

Elevated background gas readings were recorded whilst drilling this section.

Seven gas samples collected in isotubes in MOU-3 whilst drilling at measured depths of 446, 508, 555, 750, 817, 846 and 1395 metres have now been analysed by Applied Petroleum Technology (UK) Ltd. ("APT") in their Oslo laboratory. Gas composition is in the range 98.04 to 99.57% methane, making it ideal for a Compressed Natural Gas development with minimum processing. Isotope analysis indicates the gas is biogenic in origin.

PG comment:

The analysis of gas collected from multiple levels whilst drilling MOU-3 is encouraging as it indicates gas from a biogenic origin with up to 99.57% methane content, which is ideally suited to a CNG development.

It's welcoming to see the steady increase in share value.

The market is waking up.......

It's a welcoming sign to see a 22.95% increase over the last month.

The market is starting to take note of Predator.

The information is out there but due to the drilling failures we became a high risk share.

Ireland is still very much there as a potential earner. The Government is now aware that litigation procedures will happen, with more than one company looking for compensation. Granting a licence would be the easy option for them. We can then sell on this business.

Trinidad is now ramping up revenue and the potential is finally being delivered. A value of 10p, in a year, is very achievable. An excellent team has been assembled using the latest technology to extract maximum profits. We have monthly work overs and new drills to look forward too. With each step we increase production. In a year it is expected to show a production of 1000bopd. We have also, set up some deals where they take the risks. A great way of protecting our interests.

This production figure will continue to rise and we will then look at selling this part of the company for a healthy profit well in excess of 10p.

Morocco is the big one and this year we will see a reward.

We have all been through the mill with this share. I have always believed in the potential due to the multiple gas samples shown in the logs.

Mou-3 only failed because of drilling issue. With a correct drilling muds ratio it would of flowed. Formation damage was a massive disappointment but does not distract from the fact that there is overpressurised gas there.

This gas was confirmed by management and their well engineer.

Companies are currently talking to management. The financial rewards are impossible to predict but with the volume of gas shown, along with the overall concept, I think the reward could be massive massive.

Various figures are being talked about, with just with what we have today. Even a lower figure of around 30p will make me a lot of money.

PG has kept control of finances and we are debt free. Trinidad is funding the day to day costs and adds to management's negotiable strength.

It will still take time and always a risk but I'm feeling confident of a return.

There is now a team in place with the knowledge and expertise to correctly drill for gas.

The gas is certainly there, along with Helium and in later years, oil.

I keep looking at the current price and think that the risk/reward has now changed, due to the latest information available.

The ducks are lining up!

I may get accused of ramping but my simple question is:

At this current price is there enough potential to buy?

The market thinks so.!

Predator have confirmed there is gas!

The probability is that, the untested sands will also be full of gas and helium.

I would also, not discount the discovery of oil in future developments.

We have shown the gas potential and now it's down to getting agreement over a price. If not we will continue with Mou-6.

A successful drill will overshadow the current negotiation price. That will be part of their risk/ reward valuation being carried out by the potential suitors.

We are at this low price due to the drilling failures.

This problem will be overcome by our drilling team.

What price then?

Trinidad alone, will probably be worth 10p in a year and the revenue will be available to advance this company.

Trinidad could also be sold for profit in the near future.

There are still a few chapters left in the Ireland game.

Certainly a share with massive potential.

All this for 3p !

Lansdowne's compensation claim is expected to be a minimum of US$100 million plus interest. With Lansdowne receiving 60/70% of a successful claim.

Do we feel that Predator's case is stronger? It could twist the Government's arm into actually do something.

The final stages, of the end game, in Morocco has started.

Trinidad is looking promising with a figure of an additional value of 7p plus, being added, as the build up to the expected 1000bopd, in a years time.

The troll's post focus on history and personal insults.

Their collective view appears to be that Predator does not have gas, based on history. They refuse to accept that the gas is there, once the drilling problems are overcome or that the upside is massive.

In Trinidad they are refusing to acknowledge the available information.

Ireland is now fully back on as a potential money earner. It will go to court on a no win no pay deal, be settled with an out of court payment or get a granting of their licence.

It will not stagnate.

I do my own research and these people are just, simply trolls, that descend in numbers to spread FUD.

All this potential in a company valued around 3p and debt free.

Trinidad.

Predator say:

Net Trinidad, revenues averaging US$100,405 per month.

Let's round it down to 100,000.

One year, at that figure 100,000 x 12 = 1.2 mil.

"Predator forecast up to 1,000 bopd and 5 to 10 fold increase in monthly revenues by end 2026."

One year at 5 fold

1.2 x 5 = 6 mil per year.

One year at 10 fold

1.2 x 10 = 12 mil per year.

I hope I've understood this correctly!

They also state that they are fully-funded for up to 12 infill development wells and 14 heavy workovers in 2026.

All fields are now returned to profitability after significant reductions in licence management and administrative costs through consolidation.

I fail to understand the trolls logic.

The RNS shows the direction that Trinidad is heading and it's really promising.

In Morocco we now have two interested parties, are the trolls really that uneducated?

On a personal footnote, my 7 month battle with cancer has been won and I can return to a normal life again. I'll be on cancer treating drugs for life but now the next few years can be free of illness.

Predator and money is important and I really hope we can reach an end game soon..
