So many conflicting stories regarding Morocco.

There is certainly gas in Morocco and possibly a commercial amount of Helium.

Are companies waiting in the wings in the hope Predator can deliver. I think yes. Are we watching a story unfolds that will eventually reveal riches?.

We have no information about the stages of negotiation or insider information, but what we do have is various RNS's with clues on what the potential is. Plus brokers reports and medial interviews.

Annoyed as I am by missed dates I still hold for the development of this asset.

I am not in the camp that publicly states every well is a duster. These people post for a reason and that's to lower the price and buy and sell. If it was a total dud they would not be here.

Even a small amount of commercialisation in Morocco, like the shallow sands, will have a positive impact on this share.

Given enough time Trinidad will become a money earner. They have started on their various projects but it will not happen overnight. But a good safety net.

A removable packer means we don't loose the ability to attempt to get the lower gas flowing. This leaves the option to continue working on this well after the shallow sands work is completed. That is very good news as there is certainly gas there.

Predator:

Third-party analysis of perforating options completed for the MOU-3 "A" Sand testing.

· Programme set to start during 2nd quarter 2025 following a selection of which of the two perforating options identified to execute based on near-term availability of equipment.

· The perforated Ma Sand in MOU-3 continues to be under consideration for an operation to increase drawdown pressure to attempt to bring the well into potential gas production, however this will be delayed until after the "A" Sand test results are known.

A removable packer will isolate the Ma Sand from the overlying "A" Sand before testing commences.

Mou-5 mentioned Helium again but no mention of gas. There is a lack of information about the logs. Is there a reason for that? I will wait for the information to surface before making any judgement. Helium is certainly a massive positive.

A partner will be sought to join the Company in the next stage of the evaluation for helium which will focus on the major fracture zones in the MOU-5 and MOU-3 structures where helium was detected.

Trinidad is moving along and given time we should see the oil revenue increasing.

Interesting the comments on Magmell for Morocco:

The Company may elect to use its Mag Mell FSRU technical, regulatory, environmental and commercial project template to register by 23 July 2025 an Expression of Interest in a programme called by Morocco for a development of infrastructure to receive, store, regassify and transport natural gas.

The Guercif licence is located over the Maghreb gas pipeline to Europe.

For over 5 years I have been holding Predator shares. Occasionally selling a few on the highs and buying in on, what I thought, were lows. It's been a very frustrating time but my risk/reward has mostly taken that into account.

We are told daily, by the a very keen band of traders, that all the wells are dusters and this is not a good share to hold. We are also told by one of our better know experts that there was an error in the data that results in this individual selling a large part of his holding. Of course they never say what the error was. Just cryptic clues. With the absence of actual positives figure the share price drops to a figure that scares holders and a large majority sell. We then see the same poster writing more cryptic clues. This time they have suddenly become positive. Draw your own conclusion on that particular individual. Meanwhile the trolls continue with their argument. They are either paid to write comments designed to destabilise or they are just so, locked in a negative that they are unable to write anything balanced. Picking fights with individuals is what they enjoy most and filling this site with dross., adding nothing of value and of course, spreading uncertainty.

I do still enjoy reading the comments here and unless factual, I take with a pinch of salt.

My person view is there are, dotted withing various RNS's, some massive clues as to the potential of this company. Gas and Helium is mentioned. Partners waiting for the development. Brokers reports. It's all there if you research.

Management are in a position where they need to develop this asset without getting screwed. The reward is certainly there. The timing/finance is the issue.

They have managed to remain debt free and PG realised that to unlock Morocco we needed to stay financially stable. Trinidad has added a safety net. Without that we were vunable to hostile companies.

We are fully funded for the current work.

Has Mou-3 shallow sands started yet ?

Mou-5 logs are certainly available to Management by now. So why no RNS?

Maybe shallow sands has not been completed?

My view is that if the shallow sands failed and Mou-5 results were not favourable then they would be duty bound to tell us. So, why are we still waiting ? That's the big question.

Meanwhile as the months pass, Trinidad will hopefully, start adding finance. That in turn adds to Predators ability to not have to rush into any bad deals. Paul is a stubborn but an intelligent person.

Unfortunately, for us mear mortals, it means we have to continue to wait.

As for time scale, well, the fat lady is still available!

Just my personal take and good fortune as ever to all the real holders.

A stark reminder, yesterday of how important security of supply is.

In Spain I was unable to draw money out or pay by card. Shops offices etc had to shut, traffic lights stopped working. The transport system failed. No internet meant no card payments for anything. I was unable to recharge my phone, or find out what was happening. The list of potential problems with a lack of electricity is endless.

However, we get on with life and it was not that bad a day for me personally. Just Image if it had lasted longer than 10 hours. It would quickly become totally disruptive and life threatening for the vulnerable.

I hope the powers to be in Ireland take note that things can go wrong.

A security of supply would not of helped in this instance, but hopefully it will help focus the Irish government to the need of a security of supply policy in an event of an emergency.

Emergency situation can and will happen.

Cryptic clues without substance are meaningless. Especially when the second clue is a 360 degree turnaround from the first. Unless you can explain why or what you had found you leave yourself open to the recent Ai interpretation.

Predicting placements is another example of, saying it enough times and occasionally your be right.

A question for the person who says Mou-5 is a duster. If so, why have we installed a well head?

There is gas in the sands of Mou-3.

I would personally like to see more work carried out in

the mou-3 area , maybe a sidetrack after the shallow sands work is complete. Why move 12kl away when we have found an area with gas?

We await the shallow sands testing and issuing of results.

On Mou-5 we are still awaiting log results and a general explanation of what we found.

Interest from two companies.

We appear to have a massive potential in Morocco. However it needs to be moved forward. The 3d requirements shows that at least one company is watching the development and trying to look at getting involved. Time, money and new partners are all in the mix.

The broker report is certainly encouraging and the share price is responding in a positive way.

Ireland has reached a, point in time, where that asset alone could add a healthy profit. It may not happen but it's certainly worth holding to see if they go for the option of Magmell.

Trinidad is now slowly building up into a healthy business. Time is needed but again I'm happy to hold and wait for this asset to progress.

The ban, in my opinions, is useful to both EOG and Predator.

Less competition.

It would be good to get something positive out of Ireland!

Ireland have finally woken up, from the Ryan government's stance that, anything other than green was unacceptable. They totally ignored the energy crisis. The new government are not as stupid.

The security of supply issue is real and needs to be addressed!

We will get to hear about the shallow sands and fingers are crossed for a positive result.

We should also be expecting the results from Mou-5.

When the initial Mou-4 results were published they were not well revived. Predator then gave a more detailed RNS a few days later. They have not done this with Mou-5.

Why ?

Maybe there is a valid reason, possibly waiting for the shallow sands to finish?

The only Public relations interview was one of PG saying some interesting things but at the same time looking totally stressed, followed by a write up in French that did appear to hint at an end game.

I think by now that Trinidad should be moving along but for some reason management are unwilling to issue any PR on this part of our asset. A full breakdown on current and future operations would be a useful exercises is PR.

We are very much in a “Groudhog day” situation.

I am unsure of what direction Predator are heading.

To many uncertainties.

But I will continue to hold.

The problem is that any sale under 20p would not be acceptable to many investors. There are probably many people still locked in when we had the rise towards 20p. With my average of 10p I would not necessarily vote for a return that showed little or no profit. At 8p I would be loosing thousands . But to get a sale we need to prove up this asset.

I’m hoping that if we can get a good result on the shallow sands then we should see a rerate. Anyone’s guess what that could be but it would show the potential.

On our various drills we have had comments like, “We have unexpectedly, encountered additional zones of interest, or “we have uncounted a mud seal”. This has shown that the 2D information was somewhat “hit and miss” but useful, up to a point. The shallow sands of Mou-3 was one of the bonuses found while drilling. We have also learnt about drilling techniques and using the correct mud and learnt a new testing method of sand jetting. We are also getting nearer to finding the “sweet spot”.

Something went wrong along the way and LB was sacked.

The sleeping giant was based on information that was flawed. Our information was via historical information and PG’s knowledge of Morocco. But large parts of the SG information is still very relevant and given 3D seismic and testing it would still hint at “blow the doors off” likelihood.

As stubborn as Paul is, one thing I truly believe is that, this asset is worth a fortune.

AG have been reported as saying they want all of our Moroccan asset. Paul says he only wants to sell the parts that we have drilled.

The big question is:

Who will want to develop this asset and what roll will predator have in the future?

Hopefully a good sell on or farm in ?

Clues were given out by management about the importance of Trinidad as a financial source of income for Morocco.

To me, it suggested that Mou-5 was always, some what, a risky drill. If it had been nailed on we would not of needed Trinidad.

What has come to light is there is certainly gas and the gas has potential to be off the scale. There is also helium and possibly oil.

It’s also clear that better 3D seismic testing is required.

We now reach a point on time where AG knows Morocco’s importance , they also know that Predator cannot do this alone. There will be others watching and hopefully talking to management.

Shallow sands is vital as a fail will weaken Paul’s hand. We could also re-drill Mou-3 or even finish off Mou-2 using the correct mud. The gas is there.

Mou-5 is an unknown.

Ireland is an unknown.

Trinidad is known to management and is being developed but figure and program is unknown to the general public.

I, for one, would welcome a speedy return on my investment in Morocco. I would rather take a 20/40p sell over a potentially larger return that would take years to mature.

I’m 72 now and retired in Spain and for me an additional sum of money is required now!

I would appreciate any feedback as to what could be the short term future of Morocco and more importantly the share value.

Afriquia oil and Gaz want the entire gas and helium content of our Guercif permit. I’m guessing that the price to sell everything is not acceptable. Hence the negotiations that are ongoing. We are offering a small part as a starting point. Part of their negotiations is to add a 3D clause. This makes a general sale unlikely to go ahead this year. But a deal being signed will have a massive impact on value.

Maybe a good time to buy ?

It is understandable that PG wants to push ahead with what the company has drilled and tested to date. This will include Mou-5 logs and Mou-3 shallow sands. There is also gas in the lower sands of Mou-3, with our engineer saying it can flow with the correct treatment.

Let that sink in….

It now comes down to timing, finance and deal making skills with Predator proving up what we have.

We need to have a strong hand. Being debt free and having Trinidad will certainly help. Ireland is also a possible ace in how strong our hand is.

My risk/reward is saying I will get a return and any deal will make me money. Timing is unknown, finance, to continual, is available. The 3D side is where we need to show that we are not weak or vulnerable. To do that we need results and good logs to add to the negotiations table.

I firmly believe that even if we get screwed by AG the sale price will more than cover my 10p average. Of course I want more but I feel my investment is covered by the sale.

Nice as it was to see a 45% increase on Friday it was not based on anything tangible. The same could be said for the dramatic fall. I help firm and now look forward to real news.

We all know that Mou-3 shallow sands testing is vital to building up our asset and getting the 3D contract/farm-in underway. Once the gas is proven it will allow the final stages of the farm-in to be negotiated. It will also be a strong indicator to all, that there is gas in Morocco.

Mou-5 logs and interpretation are going to be massive. Not sure if the farm/in is also dependant on this well?

From the 2 wells we will then be able to move forward. Of course we will need positive results. I’m happy to wait and see what happens.

We now have Trinidad that is slowly adding much needed revue. A revue that will grow over the coming months and years until it becomes a a stand alone business in it’s own right.

The surprise packet could well be Ireland.

Human nature and money .

Just focus on research and available data.

I sold nothing and don’t follow cult leaders or “ oh so caring Trolls” . Yes it’s always a risk but a risk that is better if you only focus on the data and look at what is real.

I don’t need a so called expert with years of experience posting on their terms to hold my hand. I don’t need trolls with totally paid for views.

Why does Paul only want to sell only a small part?

He must be confident. Therefore, there must be enough gas for a commercial project. The buyer would probably want a second well, to also be up and running, to reduce the reliance on just one well. Predator may need Mou-5 to also produce. Hence the talk of next year and the 3D work. The 3D work is a condition laid down by Afriquia gas.

Why do Afriquia Gaz want to buy the whole of guercif?

They must see a return.

The current share price does not reflect the potential. It only reflects panic and lack of anything tangible.

I am confident that the gas and helium is there. Oil is an unknown.

Predator need to get the shallow sands tested and log results back as soon as possible. This will hopefully restore confidence.

TBH is will can get some kind of success from our 3 projects then I will get my money back and possible more.

If not then that is life but I still think of Predator as a good punt.

As for other guru type people, I have always taken them with a pinch of salt. Even blocked the one who kept bigging up his achievements for a while as it added nothing to my reasearch. Massive egos are not healthy.
