We have a packer in the lower sands of mou-3.

We also have the know how to complete mou-2 .

Mou-5 is still of interest to us.

Many we have done enough, once we prove up the shallow sands.

Lots of clues as to the potential of Predator.

ONHYM is currently having a recruitment drive for various new staff, amongst the post on offer are:

Drilling and Oil Production Technicians, Reservoir Engineer, Oil Exploration Geologist,

Afriquia oil and Gaz wants to purchase the entire gas and helium content of our Guercif permit.

Predator have stated that they will do farmout marketing from July 2025 after completion of the MOU-3 shallow testing programme.

If sustained gas flow is achieved from this zone in MOU-3 then Predator will seek to sell an interest in the shallow gas project to an indigenous entity.

Mou-3 shallow sands is the key to unlocking the potential of our Guercif asset. It will strengthen management's hand in negotiations and give a much needed boost to the share value.

Still a long way to go on health but I'm getting there.

I think its a big clue if they are hiring but like all posts we can interpret it to suit our own viewpoint.

I really think that the shallow gas sands will give PG the key to unlocking the complex negotiation that must of been going on for a long while.

The Office National des Hydrocarbures et des Mines (ONHYM) on June 17, 2005, led by the National Fusion Strategy between the Bureau of Recherches and Participations Minières (BRPM) and the Office National de Recherche et Exploitations Petroleum (ONAREP). This place occupies a central position and a foundation in the area of hydrocarbures and mines in Morocco.

We all hope that the shallow sands produce gas.

Assuming we do successfully find enough gas then what is the next step or steps?

Is there a buyer in place and will it encourage one of the big boys to agree to the 3D testing? The 3D testing will unlock the potential of Mou-5 and the helium as well as gathering an understanding of where to spend the money on next.

We have a plug in the lower sands on Mou-3 so a big possiblity that we attempt to get the gas to flow once we have proved up the shallow sands.

Proving up the gas is the, long awaited, main part of why we are invested. If we can get the shallow sands to flow then that will be a massive indicator to the company who are monitoring Predator. It will show what this Moroccan field has to offer and strengthen Paul's hand.

Will we eventually get to situation where the share price reflects the value?

After holding for six years I really need to see a return.

Every RNS hints at a potential reward but always had an "however" written into the context of the wording. As a result each RNS actually lowers the share price.

I will still hold but agree that something has to happen very soon. Shallow sands are taking forever!

To date we have proved up nothing.

I’m in hospital again in an intensive care unit. I will recover.

Do we have gas in Mou-3?

Absolutely.

Shallow sands followed by lower sands will be massive, hopefully we can turn it into a commercial running well with a structured deal in place, probably with a local company or government run entity.

The shallow sands should be work in progress by now. The lower sands is potentially, for a later date. A removable packer has been installed to protect the lower part of the well.

If successful this will be a game changer.

We are all waiting on the shallow sands. It’s taking forever but will happen.

Do we have gas in our other wells?

Looks that way. Will we try and commercialise? I think not at this current point in time, apart from Mou-5 where I am frustrated with the delays. The seismic suggests that this is part of on going negotiations. An external company will only be negotiating if they believe we have something. Let that sink in.

Predator says:

“There is no doubt that the MOU-5 structure offers considerable potential, but unlocking this potential requires a large 3D seismic programme which the Company only wishes to fund through a farmout process.”

But these wells do add to our knowledge and they all have potential. We could even finish off Mou-2 as the mud issue will no longer be a problem.

Is there a chance of finding gas and helium in future drills?

I certainty think so. There’s a lot more gas and helium in them there hill 😁.

The management kept the finances in place But are now looking for a farm in partner for the seismic part.

Given enough time can we find commercial amounts of gas?

Yes.

Is there a chance we will find commercial amounts of helium?

Looking promising but not proven yet.

Ireland:

Will Magmell makes us money?

Unknown but we are certainly in with a shout and a great addition asset. It will add profit if it does happen l.

Trinidad:

Can Trinidad produce enough oil to add to the share value?

Maybe for a year or so it wont add share value but with the tax breaks and revenue from the oil it will add much needed cash into the predator coffers. This can be used to ramp up the oil production and add additional cash for Morocco.

I find that the people I filter tend to write such boring and repetitive posts that it annoys me. I also filter certain rampers as well.

I have no problem with people writing what they want and challenging the norm, however I do enjoy the choice of filtering.

Events unfolding should move this share in a positive direction.

Given enough time we should see a re-rate.

There are always risks but the rewards are massive.

As to the time scale, my comments are: Something is happening and the development will eventually result in the RNS we are all waiting for.

Dispute the constant delays, I still have faith in the ability of management to make us money.

Ireland if it happens will add value.

Mou-3 shallow sands has the potential to add value and will happen in the next 3 months.

Trinidad will also add value over the next year

That may be enough to give us a bit of freedom to add or sell with a more acceptable share price.

With Predator, it's very much a waiting game, we are currently suffering from a total lack of information, with the time scales on the 3 assets unknown to us mere mortals, but at some point they will have to start informing us.

They are also required to inform us on anything that could affect the share value. To date, there has been no talk of failure (or dusters,) that is a positive.

For now, I will just have to wait and see how the various stages unfold.

Morocco is the one that has been the most frustrating. However there are a lot of clues out there as to the direction we are heading in. The problem is we can only guess as to where we currently are. Gut feeling tells me we will do well but history tends to dampen my enthusiasm.

Trinidad is slowly moving forward and given time should become a good money earner. But unfortunately we do not have enough information to see the short or long term value.

Ireland is a wild card and maybe news will come soon.

This week I’ve read, with interest, the various posts by you lovely people, who kindly share their opinions and interpretations of all things Morocco, Over the years we have got to know peoples views and personallies. It is crystal clear that something is happening. But Morocco being Morocco it takes time and it is done to their life rules and culture. To many clues that even the dumbest person can’t miss.

I am currently in A Spainish hospital where I had a big cancer scare. Luckily it was not as bad as I feared and I will be discharged on Monday, I’m currently choosing tomorrow’s food!

So what is really important?

My take from this is that Predator is really a big investment for me and I remain fully committed. However it is the reality that without health, money is personally meaningless. My friends, family and loved ones have been amazing.

Money and making money is a means to an end.

Morning, this is the most up to date news on Mou-3.

· Third-party analysis of perforating options completed for the MOU-3 "A" Sand testing.

· Programme set to start during 2nd quarter 2025 following a selection of which of the two perforating options identified to execute based on near-term availability of equipment.

· The perforated Ma Sand in MOU-3 continues to be under consideration for an operation to increase drawdown pressure to attempt to bring the well into potential gas production, however this will be delayed until after the "A" Sand test results are known.

A removable packer will isolate the Ma Sand from the overlying "A" Sand before testing commences.

A partner will be sought to join the Company in the next stage of the evaluation for helium which will focus on the major fracture zones in the MOU-5 and MOU-3 structures where helium was detected.

The removable packer means we don't loose the existing lower gas when testing the A sands.

I am not interested in these two people and they are filtered.

This is another example of a troll baiting a gullible victim. I also filter those that have this desire to engage ever day with the same boring people. Without oxygen a troll dies. I fail to understand the mentality of always having to reply to the same small bunch of people. They are paid to get you to engage.

Not got a clue about the content of this tread but it's almost certainly just points scoring and of no interest to me.

One day soon news will be positive.

Ireland has perhaps a 30% of success maybe higher. Certainly worth waiting for.
