so if you could just top up another 5 million shares at the new bargain price of say 5.65 that would be nice lol. In the meantime I'll watch and wait and post if I find out anything interesting. I also noticed the appointment RNS but as it wasn't that exciting I didn't cut and paste it. Keep up with your posts as its always nice to read someone else's reviews. Thanks Chaz for that. I wonder if the RNS will give details of amounts as other claims are pending or whether we will still be kept in the dark until the other claims especially the lost revenue claim has been settled.

Whilst cash in hand will be nice there will still be the refurb costs which will be definate. The upside is that there are not many shares around so the buys and sells cause spikes which will be nice on any positive rns. What make you think we will get an rns on the 15th like you said

I have been holding for the news of the outcome of the claim for losses incurred also. Depending on the amount and how that plays into the refurb of D2 will determine if my holding will remain long or short

on the back of what appears to be no news, I hope its a sign that possibly there will be an rns out soon regards the second part of the insurance claim which would cover losses incurred from D2.

It will be interesting once we get some positive news regards the drilling in Iraq. With the backing of the Iraq Govt the risks have been significantly reduced. IMHO oil will again rise and with it hopefully our profits and SP.

The other claim i believe is for lost revenues and will hopefully be substantial. The fact that Zurich have decided to settle the claim is what pleased me most as it will increase the likelyhood of a positiv outcome with the outstanding claim. Its just unfortunate that I watched theses from 3.75p yet jumped in at 6p. Oh well !!!
