Had a great day today watching the share climb above 4p coupled with an RNS that hinted at a possible sale or merger of the company. What would be very nice is an RNS next week to state that some interested parties have approached GFinity, following the podcast and behind the scenes discussions. Happy to hold throughout the excitement. AIM companies rely on being in the news and this keeps us in that sphere

with his "this company is dead quote" - as we told him us LTH belived in the company

like others still here but waiting for the next interims to hopefully remind myself and reinforce my belief that this is a growing company - Never bought to day trade so no need to post daily

In the spirit of honesty - I would also like to remind new investors that whilst it is extremely exciting that with a market capital of £3 mill and potential gold reserves highlighted of 500,000 even in the low estimates and people reporting equivalent of 9p a share or 18p a share. This is over the life of the mine and we need to await production estimates to better understand exactly how long it will take to mine all the reserves. If it takes 9 years then does that equate to 1p a share -( still a 300% rise I might add) but then we have any hidden issues like expenses bad weather gold prices over 5years ect. Its not just yes we have even 1mill ounces and we can take the gold / cash straight to the bank. However not matter how I look at this as a minimum it has to be worth 1p and I do believe that is going to come sooner rather than later.

Whilst everyone has their own exit point - it does depend on your finances If I had £250k invested . I would run for the Hills with my 80% and be the happiest man alive but 80% of £1000 is not life changing and we all know that we would only be looking to invest in another company which may not turn out to be a good investment. I guess that's why you hear people selling initial stake and running with "FREE" shares also a good strategy. Unfortunately I am in the second bracket so will stay a while longer hoping for the bigger rise:)

or Huge sell the price was £1.39 this morning so could just as easily be a sell, seems on the low side to be a huge buy

My question that I can't get my head round is if the company has over £70 million in funds why would it need to raise further cash to strengthen the balance sheet ?????

Could it be to do with the RNS on the 15th July where the company hinted at an equity raise which as we all know is usually at a discount to current share price.

At the same time, meetings with investors have been encouraging regarding a possible equity raise to both strengthen the Group's balance sheet and enable the Company to capitalise on any increase in demand

Just reading through having come accross the director buys, but wondered if anyone had anything concrete. Yes I accept that at this price its the risk reward gamble. But the last trading update points out increased losses despite a small increase in revenue. So how does the company plan to continue trading / growing whilst losing significant monies. They will need to look at further funding which will always be at a discount. Obviously there could be new contracts signed and deliver better revenue but that really is just sticking a pin on AIM and seeing which company you might hit. Not trying to deramp but just trying to ascertain if this is just a pure punt based on directors buying shares with our cash funding their salaries ???

I took the plunge yesterday following RNS thought it was worth a punt for 3160 shares but looking at trades it has not shown up but it has on my Halifax account

Can I ask a lazy question and I read all the comments of dyor, but given that even wiser professionals who have all day to manage hedge funds and the like also will have seen the RNS is there history with this share. To be making a profit be debt free, have increased assets, 26 million in the bank and be capitalized at 35 million there has to be a catch. I am not currently invested but was very very close to doing so this morning and am amazed re small fall in SP. I would just like to know if there is any skeletons in the cupboard that I might not know about. I really would appreciate anyone's thoughts or informed opinion.

I will say looking at the share price at the time the trade was executed I believe the 22miliion shares was a buy rather than a sell, it will be interesting with the price monitoring extension what trades are revealed tomorrow and opening price. I predict at least a blue open but unless a leak somewhere we will return to yellow on no news

You are not alone in watching I have a small investment which I based solely on the upscaled Palm oil planned production/manufacture so being left with only the shale play the other day was disappointing, Maybe there is another venture being planned hence the interest in the shares

that should give potential investors confidence when we look at what they paid for their shares - still further to go :)
