sorry if this sounds a bit of a novice question but if we have £100 mill in cash and £200 mill in assets and the company is currently worth £137 mill why would this company's share price fall further surely its undervalued even if future profits are only 50% of last year

My fear is, at what cost to PCIP, £££ thousands or millions, if the company was clear there was no infringement then why worry re settling, what if we cannot agree a settlement fee where does that leave PCIP.

Whilst the results were encouraging, the company's stance appears to be changing re the Patent infringement case. Rather than we 100% refute these allegations we now have- we are seeking the best outcome for the company

I have read 2nd Quarter and 3rd Quarter interims and cannot see why the dramatic drop in share price, I would really appreciate if someone could highlight what are possible concerns that I missed. Happy to listen to anyone negative on the stock as well so I can gain a balanced view. If it drops below £2.00 it does seem a good buy on risk / reward ratio

Its usual scenario they are citing 20% drop but I cant buy on that percentage drop

I think releasing the interims which were good will help minimise the damage

SENX was priced above 3p before the well discovery and with poorer financials so the interims now see us in an improving trend but the market will still no doubt seek to bring about doubt and fear based on the well suspension. I think we will see a 10% drop but over the month I believe we will stay within this price range until next news

If the delays are as far away as MrEMC2 suggests as he may well be right then would the claim not having running interest for the 18 month delay. The question is if QBT had been expecting the cash to fund the new direction will that mean cash is sought via a placing instead or do the board accept a lower out of court settlement to get some cash rather than wait.

At the end of the day we have no idea - only the board know the future road map and we will fill this board with drivel (myself included) until they issue an rns detailing with timescales the future of the company

Well if you believe in the fundamentals then its just a case of holding or buying a few more. I am in at 3.2, 3.04 and now 2.5. Now it will be patience to see if my research will pay dividends
