Ras I think we have to take the view that the share price over the last 12 months has been as low as 32p and most shares trade on expectation. The shares have risen to 78p on the expectation of very good results and that is what was delivered. It would appear no more than that hence the flat response. That said if the next 12 months are able to deliver similar results then the share price most likely will respond with another 25% hike. So your 15k will still see significant gains. Better than the banks I say. Patience is key. I will be here for the 12 months and then review my investment and percentage gain

So after reporting a bumper year last year revenue already showing a 28% increase again within the first 3 months of this year. Congrats to the board for all their efforts and I am sure us shareholders will be further rewarded over the coming 12 months

Can I ask a novice question - if the company is taken private following obtaining the rest of the shares required to obtain % needed and lets say the price moves to 10p whilst getting the extra shares - does that force shareholders into selling their shares, at 10p even if they bought at the placing price or open offer of 12p.

I like to look at the underlying picture a year ago we traded 10% higher than todays share price and have hit a high in the low 20's at different points in the year. With the new infrastructure in place and increased production coming on line this year do I think the company is in a worse position this year than last - my take on it is no. Do I think we will get to 20's again from here quicker than a bank can increase my cash through interest - yes. Am I taking more risk -yes but risk v reward is in my opinion low so hence my investment

At the end of the day we have cash reserves of over 8 million, if the CEO is disappointed with the current share price reflecting true value then he needs to implement a share buy back. That would instil confidence as support shareholders

If that was the case why we would be investing in further well drills in quarter 3, to give away all profits if successful. The strategy would not make commercial sense

Would be nice if someone could ask how the company plan to return value to long term share holders who hve supported the company as now that profits rolling in we like the directors should benefit from same - Have they considered special dividend or share buy back ???

Could not agree more - results now out in the public domain, if the value is not seen by institutional investors then the company need to boost the share price through a buy back. At least shareholders will then gain some value. The presentation will be interesting

So if we doubled net revenue at this price and we know how the landscape and price of oil changed in Feb22 what sort of revenue is the next quarter alone going to produce. This may well get discussed later today but having held this share for over a year and averaging down to 2.5p I may finally see some blue skies

The spike is based on Volume rather than rumour whether today next week or next month someone is buying a position

If we hold this it must be a good sign, just need that RNS to confirm what happened to that 2mill buy following sale

A successful placing will strengthen the board's hand in negotiations as it will have the finances in place to see the company through to first gas sales in theory. Therefore they will be able to negotiate better terms in relation to selling the asset as opposed to seeking a fire sale auction. Just my opinion though

If this is my access to a placing then worth the top up. it's only 8% of my portfolio so worth the risk / reward

It will mean when its good news spikes will be higher but if expectations are not met then the fall are larger as well. It creates extra risk to ride alongside potential rewards
