I'd say it depends on the nature of the news. If they say they are making significant progress on converting deals then a relatively small deal would still be double the current mcap... In which case you'd expect a small pullback, but only a small one.

If they confirm that full year they expect the full £10m pipeline to be converted, with a decent p/e ratio this should be over £10m mcap logically.
