Imo this was way oversold at 0.25p, but it's still oversold at 0.59. I'd say around 1.5p would be reasonable to be honest. So still some legs yet.

It's 4 or 5 bagged for some people in a few days, I think it can have a quiet day. ;)

With a decent bod in place, and a sizeable asset, you'd think this would be nearer £2m Imo. I.e. a 3 bagger.

I wasn't sure if it would bounce hard off 1p, as it's a psychological point, but it seems to be comfortably holding there.

Can you imagine if they had said this morning "we have 8%, we're well below even 30% and we're going to put in an offer". Everyone and their dog would've bought shares because they would know it meant jd had to buy them off them. They had to say they had no intention to put in an offer. Once they have 29.9% in rns we'll see what happens...

Not sure it works like that. Say they had bought some at 30p, they would by your theory have to only offer around 30p. Of course it wouldn't be accepted. I'll have to do some digging later.

@PP there is nowhere to go though once the free float is less than 10%, JD are not an investment company.

I don't really see any other option here. Holding shares in FOOT for JD would be a strange move if they did not intend to just buy them. IMO.
