In the 33 years I have work here, I have never seen such chaos and disorganisation. I very much hope the unions and management get together now and sort this mess out.
Packets on almost every frame when I left earlier.
More dead walking and faffing about than ever
Felt bad for one house as it was a kids birthday
Maybe I'm missing the point (sarcasm alert!!) But if I have a parcel for number 64 & starting at no 2......how the F**k is that 15 minute walk exactly safeguarding ME??? Might aswell deliver the bleeding mail on my way up?!?!?!

Right people. They made this mess so let them clear it up. Finish on time Monday or make sure they are going to pay you if you are willing to work past your time. Make THEM pay. DONT WORK FOR NOTHING!!!

And actually yeah i am hearing some offices did deliver mail.

Read back i said mail would be dispatched ...it is sat in frames when it should be on the publics door mats. Its a disgrace and Rico allowed this **** show disgusting in all my years in this company i have never witnessed anything so disgraceful

And i said mail would be dispatched and it was it is shameful and disgusting that that mail has been wilfully delayed for no reason

And they wanted to change everyone's hours to accommodate this **** show.....Wolves it is true they took 2/3 days mail out of frames in one office fact....Idiocy pure stupidity. And the cost astronomical when you consider the mail that got left behind. Parcels company may arse it was an utter disgrace offices are not cut out for this and social distancing in some offices was hopeless. How would this have helped postal workers as royal mail claimed. They now have two days mail to deliver on Monday as well as packets. absolute stupidity by the biscuit dunkers

The stupidity of it though. No one knows how deliver mail better than a postman. Not a bloke in an office with an idea whilst dunking his digestives. They have delayed needlessly millions of letters for the whole kingdom on a whim and OFCOM the absolute joke believe their lies and let them get away with it. Shameful and definitely costly as well as stupid

Big shout out to Royal Mail’s biscuit dunkers who extensively thought out this fool-proof plan of no letter delivery’s on a Saturday ???? you absolute TOOLS!! Renege on your flawed, ****ty idea and get us back the way we was!!

Here is an example of the utter waste of space that we call management. Below is an extract from a postie in an office I kid you not this is happening this is how this business is going to save money. Rico has to go.
Has any other office had their already prepped mail and duties taken back out by managers and trayed up ready to be prepped again by staff who aren't leaving the office tomorrow. We've had rounds with 2/3 days of mail in them that have been left due to staffing and being told to focus all time on packets and now the mail has been removed from frames. What are management thinking? Pointless

The view from office right now is take your time take your breaks before you go out and work to your time. /there is more than one way to skin a cat they will regret this we aint and never will be a parcels company. There is going to be tons of parcels coming back

@PP Letters have turned up in my DO's the Mail Centre dispatched everything they have no space to store anything and they aint going to do the DO's any favours. I am also hearing stories around the country where letters have been pulled out of frames to wait for Monday delivery. The pettiness of this whole disaster is amazing even by RM standards. We now have offices that are stuffed to the gills with parcels and nowhere to work so that you have social distancing some walks have over 200 parcels and no way of sorting them its madness sheer madness and whoever thought of this **** show needs to be sacked immediately. Idiocy

No mail...what are you on about. Honestly a CEO raising the cost of delivering items to peoples doors and you can see no bad in him. He is an idiot and absolute clown its sheer madness not to take mail that will be available
