Unions have been around for hundreds of years the CWU began in 1910 formed by female telegraphists. I will let you know when you get something right but i think you will be waiting a while. Oh and it is the CWU that have built this industry and we have the ability to destroy it yes that is true and theres nothing any shareholder can do about that. But i will let you into a little bit of Social history Wolves because you are clearly dense. One of the biggest unions ever formed was formed in 1820 i will let you ponder that one.

And apart form all that Rico does not decide the standards for the USO nor do OFCOM for that matter. It requires legislation both /secondary and Primary to change the USO. Givent eh publics overwhelming support for postal workers at the moment and the furore around Saturday deliveries as they are at present, the Tories wouldnt touch that subject with a barge pole for a very long time indeed given the shocking mortality figures for this country

@Kassam When was the last time there was national Industrial Action my question still stands and secondly if we scrap delivering letters. Who actually delivers them? Who delivers the letters that arrive into this country from all over the world? Someone has to. Who?

One more i have just seen posted online to prove letters were delivered today
was told today to take mail out, I knew it was Saturday but been recently transferred I was desperate to just do what was asked of me. Anyhow the DOM told me to take which was roughly the equivalent a row of mail, but this must of been 3-4 days worth of mail, it was stacking, 5 bundles per loop. (2 loops delivery) with packets for the streets I was on.

I then came back and was asked to take a FURTHER 2 ROWS of mail out. Again, not been questionable I took it no problem

The shareholders who have seen the share price drop from around 5 quid to 1.59 because of that fool Rico and still you absolute halfwit cannot see he is not up to the task and he is toast he is gone. When the Tories tell you you will talk to the CWU and her Majesty the Queen also gets involved because we have people risking their lives and their families lives do you still think that Rico and this board have done an excellent job

Defeat? Are you completely off your rocker. The difference between you and me is that you see this as some sort of badge of victory i see not delivering that mail as a badge of shame.

Wolves i said that letters would be delivered to DO's this morning i was correct. The fact they are still in the offices when there was plenty of time to sort and deliver them leading to cost in the delivery rate for the parcels that got delivered this morning is nothing short of shameful. You call that good management from Rico? Is that how the British public are best served by a fool deciding when they can have their mail? Its an utter disgrace and embarrassment the first time ever in all my years when mail has had to be left behind for no reason no reason whatsoever. Stop eulogising over the people who run this company they are awful and you have the gall to point fingers at the CWU because they kept everyone's start and finish times the same and their earning potential and were quite justified in doing so
