@Taff8 this is a temporary change due to the crisis and also the lack of staff no doubt. By doing this they have the ability to free up floaters and day off staff which then in turn gives a higher staff base there no savings for royal mail none at all

Oh dear i am much more than a keyboard warrior i can assure you of that and i am well know in good circles but i will leave that there. About the pay and terms and conditions. The CWU and every single one of its members got those rises and terms. Royal Mail on many occasions pleaded poverty and didnt want us to have anything. Remember the year they said no pay rise and we needed up with a good 3 year deal? Royal Mail care not a jot about their employees and its worst now than its ever been. As for letting you know who i am not a hope in hell and by the way i live in a 3 bed semi detached house which i won by the way in a nice area of my town. As for what shares i hold if any thats none of your business and i have a Bachelor of Arts Degree ...you?

Following on from Reds comment about Rico keeping his pay. It is definitely at odds with shareholders who do have some power (that doesn't mean anyone on here by the way) Schroders telling Rico and the Board that his pay is unacceptable. Cue Red going into the usual of course they are correct mode. Get him gone the sooner the better and the Board can follow they are all shameful fat cats who could not give a damn about the employees. But our day will come make no mistake about that even joe public loves us.
