I bet you were out on your drive last Thursday clapping the nurses whilst voting for a Party that has absolutely slaughtered them. Notwithstanding actually cheering in the Commons when they defeated a Labour motion to give them a pay rise.

JB well it is more than that. The majority of the company's that we were delivering this for are closed for obvious reasons. When one firm contacted RM to cancel the posting they said they would do it but would charge them the full rate for doing so so it was then delivered. This is the Company that cares not only about its employees first and foremost but also its customers. Despicable shocking he has to go and so do the board

What did I say about Rico what have I always said about him. He doesn't care about anyone but himself and he certainly doesn't care about postal workers. The man is an utter disgrace and he should be removed from his position along with Shaun Davis. The Government will have to act on this or they are going to put themselves in an even worst light than today it is shocking absolutely shocking

@Onelong Are you on the same planet as everyone else. When has the whole world ever had to isolate because of the flu. Look at what is happening in New York alone and the USA as a whole because Trump probably thinks like you. If we didn't adopt the approach we have been doing then this would be worst than the Spanish flu of 1918 which took 250,000 lives in this country and millions across the world.

@ Wolves no not at all there are very extenuating circumstances for it to stop. One being Royal Mail will never be able to reach their QoS targets and could be fined. So it is daft to continue and daft that managers are treating the industry as though it can just plod on with so many people off and it is this that is leading to bad decisions by managers in Do's and a lot if bad feeling. We will see if the Government do act on the CWU meeting they should do if they are sensible as for Rico I don't think he really gets it he doesn't care about any employees only his profits

Wolves because as you know full well you cant get through with half the staff can you. That is why the CWU are asking for the USO to cease until this is over. As for the CWU ****g up for employees I am glad you said employees as you are not a member which actually pleases me. Stop being a drama queen and get the stuff delivered you clearly don't have a problem in your office so you are lucky

Well what I gleaned from that session was that if Royal Mail and the Government for that matter ignore what is happening in a lot of the workplaces in Royal Mail. The CWU will act and that really is not going to look good for Royal Mail with the public. Alloa and Lochgelly offices have walked out because the workplaces are not safe and others will follow. Patient long enough I think time to act on the CWU proposal or we will send the business into meltdown. And it is heaving with work at the moment worst than Christmas

And on Scamps point any person on here who does not think that the postal workers of this country are not worth an excellent pay rise after this is all over well quite frankly they have nothing about them and are probably soulless
