Every Mail Centre in the Country is absolutely bursting at the seams with work.

Just on this he did say that Rico has had to bow to political pressure as well. Rico may think he is some sort of authoritarian when it comes to this industry he is learning he aint. He has to go, so today someone drafted a spurious letter and stuck his name on the bottom of it, another load of total tripe that we already know and not worth sending. He is nowhere to be seen he could quite easily have done a video message to the troops but no he is too far above that . He is going to learn when this over that he aint and he better deal with our dispute to our satisfaction

I spy well they are not going to clear that backlog for free no chance. They always come out with rubbish like that without realising exactly what is arriving. When they make statements like that i would really love every opg to work just their hours. They would be begging us to stay on. Never happen of course but a nice thought. It does show you the standard of senior manager we have in our business that there is no real control of this at all. The whole senior management team are useless and it is very understandable when you see who leads this Company from his Swiss bunker. Still no word to the troops from the fool, he is an utter disgrace. when this is over and now we have the public on board he has to be dealt with once and for all

@generation Show me anywhere where the CWU do not support technology? When have the CWU ever walked about the use or introduction of new technology? We will never ever be a parcels company, we cannot be because we are the only company that have to deliver letters from all over the world 6 days a week to every single household in the Kingdom. We are never going to have a level playing field against any company consider are our competitors as the do not have the same baggage as us. The CWU are fully aware of the declining letter volumes please give me an example which specifically shows the CWU are as you call it burying their heads in the sand?
