It makes sense, to sell it you would have to have the JORC and 100% ownership complete to gain maximum sale value. I wonder if it really is a large consortium who is going to buy the entire district out as it is developed to the JORC and 100% ownerships stages under right of first refusal agreements.

Looks like they have a rock solid plan for everything over there now tbh, EU funding on tap for such projects as well if it is needed. Very relaxed investment this one. The mine, the gigafactory and the customer all lined up ready.
