I say that like they're not still a thing, what i mean is the original dynamo's, it's where wind turbines and hydro came from. Create the 'wheel spin', create the power. Turbines are simply larger versions, well, from the most basic way of looking at them.

With solar, wind and hydro you need a energy storage medium. In most scenario's that's large batteries, between those, the fancy Dynamo's (some of you older people will remember those on bikes for powering lights) and the other general cabling, comes the Copper, Cobalt and Nickel demand.

To say Eurasia is perfectly positioned may be a understatement at this stage of the revolution tbh.

Calcium oxide is definitely listed in the rocks and so is titanium dioxide. Perovskite is a calcium titanium oxide mineral, and so i would say that it's definitely at West Kytlym.

There is no hesitancy to accept, they accepted the asset disposal mentioned in RNS May 12th via a credible party and have been progressing that very disposal ever since. That is progressing well, the interim CEO position is evidence of that -

Reference the strategic options, a company always has strategic options, as it expands those strategic options increase. We have in effect 3 separate asset bases at Eurasia, all in their own subsidiary. 1) West Kytlym 2) Monchetundra and Flanks 3) Rosgeo JV, first asset to be gained being NYUD.

What we've now got is the magical formula, some sold and some taken to production, over the entire Monchegorsk district there.
MT + Flanks is a very large asset disposal, make no mistake about that, the potential due to it's multi layer nature will have numbers attached that would be quite mind boggling in comparison to what has so far ben released into the public domain (15Moz). That figure is simply just the start when assessing a complex of that nature, so are the other figures given for the initial wider Monchegorsk area, 40Moz etc. All numbers and areas under Eurasia's control can only increase as this all moves forward, open pit targets initially for mining, but, due to that multi layer nature, underground mining would become applicable at some stage in the future. Literally talking decades of mining available of such a complex.

When there is a fundamental change is business, or a significant asset disposal, they have to have an investment case to present to shareholders. What are they going to do with the sale proceeds etc. For the buyer, Eurasia has to prove that it can go it alone if that situation happens, hence the fund raise for $20m for the Rosgeo JV.
At this stage they have the Sinosteel EPCF contract in place for MT, and they have the needed funds in the bank for progressing the Rosgeo JV, they can completely go it alone if they needed to.

It's all very much business m&a chess tbh, showing any would be buyer that this is not a sale from a position of any weakness, we're only selling because interested parties have approached Eurasia. There were parties interested in MT all the way back in 2015, some have wanted their hands on it for quite some time to be honest.
