Anyone got any other theories?, like the Initial MT + Flanks buyer becoming a JV partner over the Rosgeo JV assets?. Rosgeo, Eurasia and the MT + Flanks buyer all working together to grow the district production over the next 5 years?

My theory would fit this, the RNS statement which was initially quite baffling -

"However, after conclusion of the joint venture with Rosgeo ("Rosgeo JV") in which Eurasia will gain a 75% equity stake in nine PGM and battery metals assets (four of which are post Russian Feasibility Study with state approved reserves) with a total of 104.6Moz of Platinum equivalent ("Pt eq") Russian Code reserves and resources in the immediate vicinity of the Company's Monchetundra Project on Kola (as announced on 26 March 2021), the Company has now received several proposals including a proposal from a credible party for the potential acquisition of substantially all of Company's assets. The Board has decided to focus on this potential asset sale."

It stops being baffling if you include a ROFR over further available assets that come about through the Rosgeo JV.

FSP......credible party - 'well we'll give you this (lump extra on top of what others were offering), if you give us a ROFR with these terms over any further assets which become available'. Eurasia - 'Ok, that sounds great'. Bob's your uncle, Fanny's your aunt and everyone is happy. Just a theory though.

The CEO position that is permanent with Konstantin over the subsidiary which holds/is going to hold NYUD may be to facilitate the ROFR. Terms agreed with metals prices etc at the time an agreement was made for MT + Flanks, JORC proves levels and buyer pays the price when license is ready via the subsidiary. The whole thing would ensure Eurasia has a buyer, the buyer can expand, and the Russian gov gets the district to production in an organised fashion. Perhaps only over the initial 4 with FS done to begin with, further scope to include the other 5 when FS are done on them.

Just one theory i'm toying with. That's all it is at this stage however, a theory, there are other routes it could take involving JV's etc.

Applicable here in the context of having to wait for Rosgeo JV assets to be obtained by Eurasia through Rosgeo.

Drops a the buyer risk for Eurasia as it already has one in place for further Rosgeo JV assets, and it safeguards a byuers expansion into the Monchegorsk district. If it is a large consortium, even a large miner, they will want right of first refusals in place. Why?, to minimise the risk of competition on the area that they're heading into. Beneficial all round.

Got to get them while you can Montmuzard, t'is rude not to. I remember wishing i had scraped everything together to get more in the 0.2 days, sometimes you really do look back with a little regret. Each to their own though, assessing risk vs reward is always down to the individual.

It's possible, they've took Wardell Armstrong on, they must have been given the green light. Wardell Armstrong's part comes in from going from the 75% stake to the 100%, they were not needed until that point.

"2 years is a testing timeframe for anyone to keep repeating themselves here but some lth have managed." - Without the facts people are widely open to the defamation tactics used by people with ulterior motives.

The timeline has been an absolute nightmare to predict, no one saw it taking this long from the start of the FSP, not one person. We're into week 16 from the FSP ending RNS, how long do you give it for things to be done that are clearly needed to be done?. The interim CEO position is the best clue we have been given throughout the whole process, it's set up ready to change hands. If they have bundled NYUD in with via a right of first refusal, then the deal will be pretty massive.

The good thing, which was predicted, is that they are moving to 100% ownership asap to attain maximum value. With Russian FS studies already done on the first 4 Rosgeo JV assets, the Wardell Armstrong work should be fairly minimal tbh.

You get the feeling that the increase in noise and attempts to disrupt could be linked to their theory of a possible 16 week window for the deal paperwork etc to be done. 15 weeks passed on Wed 25/08/21 from the FSP ending RNS. Time is ticking!

You can tell by how desperate they're getting with trying to get our shares. Nyud swiftly thrown into the USB and DLA Piper mix has them all knowing what is coming and desperate to scoop as many shares as possible up.
