Just saying. You never know, they may have set a 16 week window for getting things done by. From non binding offers to the offer from credible party offer was around 16 weeks, appeared as if the window ended and the BOD took some days to decide on best offer to go with before releasing that RNS in May. We'll see shortly if a similar window has been attached to this part of the M&A.

That is what Eurasia and Co have been up to at Monchegorsk -

"will also have a right to acquire Rosego's 25% shareholding in Monchegorskoe LLC upon the completion of a JORC Code compliant competent persons report ("CPR") on Nyud.

Additional drilling has recently been completed on Nyud at Rosgeo's cost and Eurasia has engaged Wardell Armstrong International in relation to Nyud to among other things:

· Audit the quality assurance and quality control procedures;

· Review the block modelling and open pit optimisations; and

· Prepare CPR under the JORC Code.

Things could be complicated due to Eurasia having a role in any future blockchain systems where the metals from the assets are used to back tokens up etc.

Some will remember the original Lybrion listing for 'Green Metals' and Eurasia named there. It's another dynamic that could have created complexities in the FSP. Not sure how though, because, well, blockchain and crypto is a whole new addition to the precious metals (green metals) sector.

CKE, they've been listed as a operating partner for quite some time now at Monchetundra. I did say that they were contracted to do the FS, it's in RNS a couple of years back, i'll dig it out.
