Keep what Bellers?. What a stupid thing to post, we're in effect in a JV with the Russian gov currently, Rosgeo is a government owned entity.

Do you not see, the district comes to production exactly how the gov wants via the Rosgeo JV. They're all working together for the start of their main change in the green industrial revolution. The Russian gov has been sick of large companies holding onto assets and not taking them to production, hence why Eurasia has received so much support, because, well, there is a clear path to production, jobs and tax revenues back to the gov via Monchegorsk coming online.

It's all transparent, trying to get as many shares as they can off people before the details land where they can sell them into the market at an instant profit.

16 week marker after FSP ending RNS is Wednesday. Wardell Armstrong here ready for the NYUD JORC, Konstantin here as interim CEO of the subsidiary holding MT + Flanks, UBS and DLA Piper still here as per yesterday's RNS. There is no other opinion, what is in RNS is what is happening......a significant asset disposal.

That's exactly right, they're collecting as many as they can prior to big news, then they'll sell the lot at a high profit. The company is having JORC's done, the value of things can only go up. Imagine how pretty those NYUD numbers will look when they land!

Slow walk down to collect as many as possible prior to the big news drop, then bang, oh look lots of buyers trying to get shares, the only ones available held by MM's after their raiding, it's easy money for them.

With yesterday's announcement on NYUD, a bigger announcement should be in the works in either of those scenarios as well tbh. Wardell Armstrong can only get to work when the 75% ownership point is reached, their work is for the other 25% to gain 100%.

You could delete most of yesterdays RNS, this part tells everyone that things are about to go down imho -

"will also have a right to acquire Rosego's 25% shareholding in Monchegorskoe LLC upon the completion of a JORC Code compliant competent persons report ("CPR") on Nyud.

Additional drilling has recently been completed on Nyud at Rosgeo's cost and Eurasia has engaged Wardell Armstrong International in relation to Nyud to among other things:

· Audit the quality assurance and quality control procedures;

· Review the block modelling and open pit optimisations; and

· Prepare CPR under the JORC Code.



Christian Schaffalitzky, Executive Chairman of Eurasia commented: "The Directors are delighted to see tangible progress on our JV with Rosgeo that is an integral part of our development strategy and a part of some of our strategic options that we are developing with our advisers: UBS and DLA Piper"."

It's one or the other i feel ASPENWOOD, either ROFR over further Rosgeo JV assets for the buyer, or, they could come in on it as a JV partner. MT + Flanks buyer would build the facilities for processing etc, Eurasia would have the NYUD open pits created and ore trucked over to the facility. Or trucked to a conveyor system which would then take it to the facility.

Such a large district it's tough to decide which one would work out best. Both routes lead to great value for Eurasia shareholders. Perhaps more value is offered by the MT buyer being a brought in JV partner with the Rosgeo side?

Big things are coming either way!
