Right of first refusal would see JV assets go to the initial MT + Flanks buyer at a 'when ready' stage. It would be beneficial to both Eurasia and the buyer if it is a consortium, would guarantee a buyer going forward and guarantee continuous expansion there for a consortium. It is one possible route forward from here, there are others however.

For UBS to have been involved for so long it points to a record breaking M & A deal for them, they wouldn't attach their resources to something for this long unless it was very worthwhile for them to do so. It's all exciting and sometimes baffling in equal measure.
