Yes, I know what the last offer was, and my faith, as I keep saying, remains strong in the ability of the CEO here.

However, that kind of range would IMO offer a win for a potential buyer, and for a lot of the shareholder base.

Not to mention for the CEO, and those fellow board members who put their hands quite deep into their pockets not long ago.

All that said, while an approach would make things lively here again, it is not, nor ever has been, part of my investment thesis. Fun though it is to shoot the breeze during these lulls in activity. GLA.

No idea. Perhaps a fund or two trimming? Seeing similar price action in a few names at the moment, irrespective of how the outfit is faring.

The volume certainly suggests it is not merely PI's moving on, but time will tell.

I sold this one recently to concentrate on a smaller number of shares and to retain a decent slug of dry powder.

Cannot remember now what my average purchase price was, but had I simply held, I reckon I would be more or less back to break even now.

Makes a nice change to have seemingly got out near the top and just in time too...but then again, this could be a great re-buying opportunity that I am going to miss out on, for the reason stated above. GLA.

We are still in an upward trend, with a neutral RSI and thus not overbought at the time of print, IMO.

A decision on how to proceed with Songwe is still what is going to move this dial here. Current SP is nowhere near pricing this appropriately IMO.

This could be a terrific buying opportunity, if it is just a large shareholder selling out for no company-specific reason.

Seen that happen a few times and occasionally have been the beneficiary of some II strategic selling.

Plus the inside participation during the last (IMO botched) raise, then you would imagine the BOD must have some confidence in the future direction of travel.

Arguments against the bull case points above: This is AIM, where leaks seem more common than on the main market, some might think.

Insiders have put a lot of their own cash into raises in other outfits, which subsequently went pop.

Something which I have had the misfortune of being a shareholder in, on more than one such turkey!

Pretty sure this was the worst trading day in the history of this name.

Anyway, you would surely think it will at least have a bounce of some kind tomorrow.

Maybe a red start, before a pump after the first few minutes or so? No idea how big the spike may be. Just a stab in the dark really, but any kind of positive news or corporate action should move the dial here rapidly.

Weekend media will, I presume, cover this at length. It will also be interesting to see if the CEO and/or other senior management members remain in place by Monday.

Anyway, this was quite the sell off today. Must admit, I sold my final tranche somewhat earlier than I should have, but the reasons for the final sale have shown to be sound, these months later.

And the profits were most agreeable, so nice to have left some on the table for others, at the same time.

Even allowing for the same issues as I see them, this is starting to look attractive for a fresh trade IMO.

But not quite yet. Will set some buy orders in the days ahead and if they hit, I will be back on board once again.

Stupmy: put simply, it seems that the market has read this as something that is an existential threat to the outfit.

I mentioned this morning the vibes that some might have felt it gave off, similar to a recent US name.

While I have no opinion personally on either this one, or that one (both of which are for the accountants/auditors/other relevant professionals to determine), you do not get a drop like this, outside of AIM occasionally perhaps, without the market fearing the very worst.

And certainly trust in the management, which was already shaky here, IMO, must be about as low as can be.

Meaning that whatever efforts to calm things with some of the wording in the RNS, had no impact whatsoever.

No inside buying RNS's yet, but you can well imagine this has not been a slow day for the BOD, so none of them may have even had the chance to do so. I doubt they have even had 10 minutes spare for anything today.

Not that I am suggesting anyone has sympathy for this disaster of a day, but nevertheless.

Tomorrow will be another interesting one for observing in my case, but hopefully a profitable one for those of you who braved some of the action today. GLA.

You are some crazy cats! Impossible to predict a potential floor, or even a trading range, in this name at the moment, IMO.

It did not hold the test of the initial low of the day, and the US has not even opened yet, so who knows what impact their indices might have on ours.

But good luck to you, because it will at some point almost certainly bounce, even if only a dead cat.

Lol. There is the low 50's that I said would hit. After having bought more at 60p. I bet 57p hits now.

As long as I do not buy any at that point, it is bound to go up from there :)

Similar thought has crossed my mind as well, although not based on L2 action. It just feels like a pattern I have seen before a few times. None of which means we are right of course, lol.

Nevertheless, I have been quietly adding a few more small tranches along the way at this price.

I thought we were going back to the high 50's in short order - and of course we might well still do so - but nothing has changed, either macro or company-specific, since we were 10% higher than this current price.

So, given I felt that 66p was a bargain back then, 60p-ish is even more so. So I decided not to wait for 57p.

Which I will either be proved right about, or of course wrong. Sooner or later. GLA.

Those small buy orders hit. Hopefully I will not get the chance to add more, but will do so as mentioned previously (and subject to the obvious caveats, naturally) if we go to the next target price I had in mind.

Usually tempted to have a punt when this one drops, but IMO, the market perhaps feels that this has SMCI vibes to it now.

I am not sure in either direction on that myself (for either of these names), but I am not going to give the BOD the benefit of the doubt. IMO, they have had long enough to turn this ship around.

But, similar to that US name, if the independent review here gives them a clean bill of health, or some routine remedy suggestions, it could reward those buying now handsomely.

Either way, I would imagine shareholders are losing patience with the BOD now. GLA.
