I have no concerns of any such malpractice here, but I do believe it shows a genuine confidence in the future direction of travel, by those who should have a generally better knowledge and understanding of the commercial side of this business than we ordinary investors have.

I do not call for management changes at the drop of a hat. Stuff goes wrong sometimes, and needs time to find solutions/fix issues. As I said earlier, they have had ample time now and have IMO failed.

I like this name. I have only ever made profits here. So far anyway. If it declines further to that price point I mentioned, then this 'record' may come under threat, lol.

I do think it has the potential to be a very good investment once again. Does not need to be the best in the business. But it should be very profitable and consistently, IMO.

There are many things they should look into and action, IMO, but nobody had to buy at 2p on the open.

It would have likely been individuals (like me) who were jumping in for a spin.

I literally just finished plotting the chart on FRES. Currently in a lovely upward channel, with 880p-ish looking like the top.

It might slice through that of course, but IMO more likely we see a little retrace from there.

None of which would be a bad thing. Maybe back to 790p - 820p-ish, if we do hit said top? But this range is just a guess on my part.

I have plotted this one on the chart, and it is in a nasty downward trend right now, IMO.

All of which will mean nothing if you see a bid shortly, or sufficiently significant inside buying to change the sentiment.

True. But that does not mean that it will not happen. Just that they are not currently in active talks about a potential take out.

Likewise on the investigation front - but equally, you could argue (as I would) that an insider would be unlikely to put their hand in their pocket for any sum, let alone 50K, which is not beer money, if they had concerns about the business.

They might be wrong, and so might we other longs here, time will tell. But for me, I nevertheless take this as a positive sign either way. GLA.

Having been in this one for a long time (maiden purchase around 18 quid a pop, I think it was, lol), it never pays to take anything for granted.

I have no plans to exit my position here in full, because of my opinions on the topic of long term PM prices - but I have trimmed my position now to one where I feel comfortable side pot trading it more than I have for a few years.

It is highly premature to suggest there is a 'big market crash in the US now'.

It might be the start of a decent, or even mild, correction, but that is by no means a crash. And we need at least another week or so, to even call it a correction.

I would say that if results are not on track, they should have informed the market by now.

I was so focused on the key data in the RNS, that I totally overlooked the specifics of the dividend dates. Serves me right, although no harm done :)

I only had a brief glance at his bio, not a deep dive.

IMO, he looks like a solid pair of hands. OK, he is not a specialist in this particular field, but they were never going to get someone who ticked all the boxes and was amenable to an interim role as well.
