It could well be ruinous for the smaller shareholders (and my gut feeling is that it would be).

Unless they can raise at a decent premium to the current SP, which I think would be challenging in this climate.

Opened this morning. Just a small one, but want to see if my read of the tea leaves is correct.

If we reach low 100's, then I will claim the win for a completion of a bull flag that I think we have on the daily.

Either way, based on the known knowns, IMO the bull case is strong, even if you ignore technicals and just consider the fundamentals.

The hope is that it is not something underhanded, as some investors in a few names feel happened in their cases.

An example is PARA, across the Pond. Full disclosure: I only made profits in that one, thankfully, so it did not affect me.

And while I put forward no personal opinion on that one myself, it is an interesting one, if you like digging among the reeds. See if you come to a similar conclusion to some of their investors. WBA may be another one, but too early to tell at this stage.

Because I think these chat boards benefit from having a wide range of opinions, not just bullish posts.

To reiterate, the reason why I think Ashton's questions are irrelevant is because of the history of the company.

We all carry a degree of bias in our thinking, but this company has been trading, in one form or another, for years now.

During that time, it has only destroyed shareholder value. Many promises and proclamations, which have delivered only disappointment and (heavy) dilution.

Primarily with the same management team, let's be honest.

Each investor has to decide how long, and how many excuses, they are willing to tolerate.

While every potential new investor should of course research the company in detail, especially all of the years of RNS documents, it is clear that some perhaps do not. And can be seduced by the more optimistic posters.

That is ultimately on them, but nevertheless, if occasional posts by me and other ex-LTH's leads them to look into, for example, the mess that was and seemingly still is, Dundas, the lack of any asset sales, the ruinous levels of dilution, and much else besides, then I think that is a positive thing.

Perhaps many will still invest with enthusiasm. You and Ashton still seem to be as confident as ever.

I genuinely wish you, and all the other small shareholders well, nor will I gloat if things continue here as they always have, to date. GLA.

Well, after that car crash conference at the Oval Office, the chart for gold and silver may change, come Monday.

It sounds plausible. And that kind of yield might attract both dividend investors and perhaps some new II's as well. Which 1.6% will not, in the main, lol.

But the SP will react to the spot price of gold and silver, more than anything else IMO.

I am not liking the silver chart and reckon we could see 28.50 silver, maybe 28, even.

But in the medium and certainly the longer term, I am as bullish on the PM's as ever. AIMO & GLA.

£4 is a psychological number in this case. It is not based on technicals (but round numbers do often have an impact, for this reason).

You actually see traders jump in or out, when various TA indicators flash; they are not bothered about missing a few percent here and there, because it is about discipline and process.

My position here has not generally been driven by TA. My reasons for having a few here were mentioned previously.

But if this name was a pure TA play for me, then the current price would not be where I would enter.

Anyway, if the boss gets things back on track, then IMO even those investors with an average well above 4 quid will see a paper profit. Same for if we get bid news. GLA.

I am not offended at all mate. Why would I be? I am not linked to them, or any other party, apart from being a small shareholder here, and very much in the weak hands category at that!

Oh, I was not comparing the respective outfits. I think WG is 'just' poorly managed. I think that HUR should have been investigated. Anyone familiar with that name will understand what I mean. With what was in the public domain alone...dodgy AF. Hey ho.

The BOD was responsible for what happened with HUR. Especially the last ones. If it had not been for one of the big shareholders, then it would have been a total wipe out for shareholders there.

Not that the final outcome was not terrible. It was simply less bad than it would otherwise have been. There are some names that I keep a record of. A black list, if you like. Some of that list includes those people. But it is what it is.

Shorttracker is the one I use. It only shows those above the threshold for obligatory disclosure, but I like it personally.

To be fair, I have seen the channel that leads to the 320p that Stupmy has mentioned.

I did not originally, and it took me some time to do so, but it is credible.

That does not mean it will hit, and as he himself has stated, he has missed some upside as a result of sitting on the sidelines.

We all are responsible for our own financial management and nothing wrong with such caution. Especially in this economic climate.

I personally hope he does not get to see his target price, lol, but I will be buying more if he does. All subject to the obvious caveats. GLA and see what tomorrow and next week brings.
