Anyway, gap filled, but basically we want to see a close above the 50 DMA today ideally. Confirmed above again at the close on Monday at least.

Then the next challenge, as I see it, is to get above that 97.60p-ish mini resistance range.

Do that, and IMO we are going to have a crack at the 200 DMA (currently 100.94p). Not sure if we are going to break above it on the first attempt since 'losing' it in December, but one thing at a time... GLA.

It has been building for a while. I would like to see that gap filled around 94p, but not of any consequence for investors.

I decided to take some too. Was going to wait for a bit lower, but now being very underweight this name, decided not to hang about any longer. GLA.

IMO. No idea if it will be enough to return us to a quid and hopefully a new, higher range, but one that does not change my bullish thesis here. Which is the main thing :) GLA.

Continuing to look weaker, as these numbers show, IMO.

I always look out for recruiter updates, as they are a very useful indicator for wider economic stuff (obviously).

Never held a recruitment sector stock, but not against doing so for the right opportunity.

And I see Mary has some of this name, so I have had a little more of a look.

While the SP is already near the year lows of course, I am not sure this update has already been priced in.

Might be tempted for a potential trade if it hits mid to low 60's. There appears to be a lot of chart support around that level.

But having never invested in this space, perhaps I am entirely wide of the mark. One eye on it now anyway. GLA.

If we can close above the 50 DMA today, that will be a bullish signal. Especially given the recent short increase as discussed yesterday.

I wonder if we will see an early morning drop, back to 385p maybe, before a steady rise as we head into the afternoon?

I am going to set a few small buy orders, just in case I get lucky :) GLA.

Short tracker is a site that I check daily. As of the 18th, one has decreased by 0.17% and one has increased by 0.06%. Total of 4.41% disclosed short interest.

It will be interesting to see where things stand by Friday, and certainly by Monday, on this front.

This is one of the scenarios where so many events can transpire in such a short space of time, that IMO it is impossible to accurately call a SP from one day to the next. Although that will not stop people from having a go :)

Most people are expecting the SP to drop considerably this morning (I have no opinion on this). Which quite often seems to lead to the opposite happening. To be clear, I make no recommendations to either buy or sell, just musing. GLA.

From having had other stocks that were facing demotion (or promotion) from one index or other, I think that institutions start selling, or buying, before confirmation. So it does not all happen at once. It does move a share price though in the run up.

Obviously, in this example, it goes deeper than just that.

I lost my bottle and sold my small position here yesterday when I felt that another leg down was coming. I incorrectly thought that a new low was going to print, and so wanted to see where a new place to buy might be. I did not want to add to what I already held.

That was before the market closed of course and new information came to light.

So, like some others no doubt, I will likely be watching to see if another potential short term trade can be had today.

Whether or not I spot it, or indeed take the plunge, is another matter!

Only kidding. He would still be overqualified for any role in Parliament. Especially one that involved finance.

If you look at various historical charts, you will see that quite often they showed either problems were on the horizon, or a bull market was about to commence. So I am not sure I fully agree with that conclusion either.

I do agree though, that for those simply buying and holding with a genuinely long time horizon, then this stuff basically does not matter. I do the same myself on occasions for that type of strategy. Took some PMI the other day, even though the short term probability, based on TA, is to see mid/low 40's. Were I simply looking to trade that one, I would not have made that (small) purchase at 51p, or whatever it was at the time.

Nevertheless, back to FRES...and that gap looks like it has filled now. Must be one in a million luck :)

When I have some time, I will try and post some more TA for where I think the next price region might be here.

Needless to say, TA does not always play out and of even greater importance, I am not nearly good enough yet at TA to necessarily give fully reliable information.

One of the reasons why I often ask others on various boards for their thoughts on TA. Because some posters are credible technicians. And I always try to keep learning. GLA.

Yeah. Those RNS's...and especially the order in which they were released...well, we all have our own opinions on that. And certainly, as far as this chat board goes, we probably all share the same sentiment.

Glad your losses were not too big here. And at least you made profits in this name before. Mine was exclusively a big fat loss, because I gave the BOD a lot of trust, a lot of time, and a lot of patience. Which serves me right I guess, lol.

Hopefully a big fish goes after them, although my gut feeling suggests that the bar for action is probably so high as to render it a likely (expensive) exercise.

Nevertheless, I would love to know what Mr Kight thinks. Loads of investors here were citing his significant investment here as proof that he knew something etc. Which goes to show the folly of basing one's own investment on what someone else does. Perhaps with the exception of insiders. Even then, 4D comes to mind, so ultimately it shows there is no 100% full proof method.

If the regulatory authorities ever get the green light to grow some....teeth. Let's go with teeth, lol, then AIM can be cleaned up and made fit for purpose again. I really do think so. But that seems unlikely to be something that will happen for a few more years at least. If ever. Hey ho.

I do wonder how some of these people can sleep at night though. Too many examples of a complete lack of integrity, but there we are.

At least we tried, and hopefully some of them will learn the lessons in future. Especially when former LTH's, who are clearly not playing games, try to be white knights. No good deed goes unpunished though, eh? Lol.

Anyway, as for PMI, I was sufficiently satisfied with the TU. I would like to have seen some inside buying, but that was not and is still not, a red line expectation for me.

But we are on track for mid/low 40's right now, unless we can break out of the current downward channel. Not necessarily an issue if this is a LTH stock for you, but it is something to be mindful of at the same time. AIMO & GLA.

Yep. It was one of the reasons why, in the past, when I was a shareholder here, I finally accepted the reality.

Never knowingly underpaid their BOD in this name, while never buying a decent slug of shares from their own pockets.

Did not buy any at all for a long time, claiming that they would have loved to be able to. Any LTH's here remember that particular investor call? Lol.

Some of us came to the conclusion that this was misleading at best - but this is AIM, so there you go.
