Buying the dip with these types of highly speculative, micro and nano caps, is almost always a terrible idea.
Speaking from experience, lol.
The only exceptions that I can think of (and this does not always play out even then, to be clear) is when you see massive inside buying. Own pocket purchases, not a bunch of freebies, with low to zero strike prices, or credible conditions attached etc.
However, IMO and again from my experience, buying the dip in quality or fairly good quality names, more often than not does work out well.
So I think it is very important to differentiate on that point.
Whether buying the dip will prove a good idea in this particular example, only time will tell. But I can certainly see no logical premise for doing so at the time of print.
If the CEO puts his hand in his pocket and buys £50K or more, or takes his wages in stock, rather than cash, then that would make me pause for thought. GLA.
