I think so too, although obviously time will tell. They seem to be managing costs sensibly and getting the debt down, which are key priorities IMO.

WPP is still on a P/E of around 9 I think, even with the drop yesterday.

The trader in me has started to ponder what a good potential quick spin might be in that name, but I am already juggling quite a few names for this purpose, so it might end up being one that I never take a ride on.

Anyway, the next few days here will be illuminating. No idea if we hit the bottom of the channel, or start heading back up again after the year low print yesterday... GLA.

DXY is due a bounce IMO. Which, when combined with a VIX that is now looking far too comfortable once again, points towards an overdue correction across the Pond. Meaning over here and other European markets as well.

But not ' the big one' I think, so still planning some cautious buys here and there in the weeks ahead. Subject to the obvious stuff. GLA.

The Stalicla pipeline page still shows it as sitting in phase one.

Presumably pressured to do so by a key shareholder or two, but if not, perhaps fair play to them.

They are too well rewarded at this stage as things stand, and the options should have always been at a much higher strike price as well, IMO.

Or perhaps a cynic might think they do not want to have to take them up, so push the strike price up accordingly, lol.

So not actually going to result in a smaller share count, but to prevent wider shareholder dilution, as a result of this compensation strategy.

It gives the impression of a shake down to some people I would imagine, but I am sure all that cash will be spent wisely and for the good of the British people, lol.

If the next update is one that shows something to get excited about, and not the usual precursor to a destructive fund raise, then sure.

But radio silence until the begging bowl comes out, is a familiar lifestyle strategy that I have seen many times on AIM.

Proactive marketing does not in itself guarantee success in the minnow end of the pond, but in my experience, it helps a lot.

Why? Simple. You only have a small amount of potential investors in this space (which is arguably shrinking, with less international inflows of capital right now) - so you need to stand out from the crowd.

But if the next update is going to show cash flow positive status, then I will be delighted to eat some humble pie in this case.

Senior management should be banging the drum in every micro cap listed business, IMO.

At least until they have got the business to sufficient FCF, if not full profitability.

While everyone is responsible alone for their investments, and if this one does go pop, it will be on own shoulders etc, I really hope that nobody has gone in too deep here.

I would usually average down, because in most cases, I buy stocks that I have researched and have faith in.

Will probably take a few more in the low 250's if it revisits that level before the update.

There have been a few stocks, not just in this space, where that has happened.

You cannot rule it out. You just have to hope it does not happen to one you hold, or if it does, at least not for a loss.

So it looks like news was indeed leaked yesterday. Annoying, but it is what it is I guess.
