Only a healthy pull back, IMO. A mix of 10% profit takers and a few who probably sold at break even, having tried to catch the falling knife around the 118p mark. No, not me :) I am still here and almost back to break even, but (subject to the obvious caveats) no changes to my planned target exit price region. GLA.

Yeah, I do not buy the BOD personal cash-flow argument personally.

While a really significant purchase would be ideal, I do not think, in this example, eg 30K worth of shares would come across as a token buy, either.

I do not know any of the BOD here, but I am very familiar with their cohort, so to speak.

Sure, some of them are surprisingly cash poor/heavily indebted, but broadly speaking, they tend to have access to tens of thousands of ready cash.

Anyway, perhaps we will see some meaty buys after the March update?

In the meantime, this will play out as it will. Excellent for trading IMO, or for steady accumulation, for those with an investment and long term focus here. All being well, not advice, etc.

Short of an AIM, spike on nothing special, IMO you need the BOD to confirm black and white offer numbers for all the other assets that they are going to offload. Clarity on the reduced spending and headcount, given you are a Disko-only proposition now.

I was too greedy with my sell order (400p, since you asked), so might need to wait a bit longer now, or trade my way out of it. Might be the better option. See how the next few days go.

I was about to type pretty much the same thing. The put options to a lesser extent, IMO.

But equally, I am expecting MA and perhaps AP to add to their already considerable positions at some point as well.

Which, if they do, is likely to reverse this back up even more quickly than it has declined. Hope so anyway :)

If the March update is good, I agree this will represent a good buying price today.

In the meantime, it looks like we are in a new, lower trading range for now.

We need to stay above that 362.80p November low, or I can see us revisiting the 344p level.

Short term, I do not see the threat of the middle man being cut out, so that bear thesis does not trouble me.

Not allegedly - it was in that RNS on 14th February last year. It was that purchase that led me to take the plunge myself.

Luckily (at the time of print anyway) the slightly larger amount I built up over that year and which I offloaded in those last spikes in late 2023, means the bookmark holding I kept is merely an annoyance, rather than the evaporation of decent profit.

There was a time when I would have simply sat tight, but expensive historic lessons in this space have been learnt.

And if we shortly see news that blasts the SP much higher than the 12's, before a potential raise or a non-dilutive finance deal, then that will be fine too. I will be happy for those PI's that have held on.

And I would rather the small remaining stake I have goes into profit (which would be the first time for that tranche), rather than have to dump it for a tax loss (if I deem it appropriate, depending on news at the time).

Until then, I am neither a buyer or seller here. Just a waiting game. GLA.
