I am sure that when news of a deal comes via the old red dot that soon after there will be another RNS with details of further director share options at levels hugely reduced to the SP at the time .
We won't mind at all as most of us LTHs will be zillions of quids in.
School holiday period so as per normal here a predictable quiet time.
September though should go out with a bang imo. ( fingers crossed }
A frustrating period for us all but certainly worth continuing to be invested here as long as the science remains positive.

Probability high imo that those that continue to hold or who buy in at around current SP will get a decent return from their investment within the next 12 months.

About time the SP started to rise like a hot air balloon rather than go down like a lead balloon that has seemed the norm.
Lets hope that today will be the start of the long awaited re rate.

Probably because to date over many years the science so far has proved to be absolutely superb
Good chance of getting a 25 to 1 return on about a 3 to 1 against shot I would say with the bonus of the expected eventual milestones bringing the probability of 3 to 1 down to at the least the best side of even money.
Any proper gamblers amongst us would I am sure get the gist.
Considering the risk v reward equation in my book at the moment the odds lie in our favour.

Probably the main reason why directors don't buy shares in their own company is that they have the opportunity to issue options to purchase shares at discount rates to market price.
Usually by way of a motion for shareholders to vote for or against.
For example if good news on a deal broke and the share price rose to 25p who would vote against the bod being allocated options of buying shares at a hugely discounted price.
Not me.

More chance imo of reincarnating a body from Boot Hill than getting anything back from here.
I reckon that there is a better than evens chance that AB will pull down the shutters for good when the last sheckles in BODs wages have left the coffers .

The latest in a number of pointers towards positive news re TYK2 evolving in the near future.
Wouldn't mind a milestone payment first to start the ball rolling.

I would have thought not too many shareholders invested in SRES and TYM have made any money by investing in them over the years.
Only way to make a small fortune has been to start with a large one and work down.

There is nothing negative waiting in the wings to rear its ugly head .
No chance of Mr P letting Mrs P chuck away her dosh if SAR knew of any news ready to be released that would have an adverse affect on the SP.

The bod don't need to buy shares.
They can just issue options to themselves to purchase them at a discounted price.
If good news arrives and the SP rerates then who would oppose them getting a free ride on the gravy train.
Not me.

SAR are sure to get at the very least one milestone payment with the reaction of the SP for that alone giving you an exit opportunity.

With all this quality research all we need is a couple of posts to polish it off from Doc Holiday a super duper contributor from days long past along with a host of ramperoos from the infamous Mr O who's previous handle on here was the dreaded Higgs and for the SP the sky is the limit.
On a serious note , it seems as if all the ducks are lining up and it won't be too long now before some very positive news breaks.

Just the normal retrace in periods between news .
The MMs will drop the SP to a level that will encourage buys.
Any positive news will come out of the blue and then the price will rise quicker than the speed of light.
hopefully us Gurus will be able to sell a few on the spike and nick a few quid.
It will make all those years waiting patiently while invested here worth the while.

Our day will come , whatever day it is .
Many of us who have been invested for years here during the highs and lows have kept faith in the company because no matter what direction the SP has taken during that time the science has remained positive.
Better than positive , excellent and absolutely first class.
SAR is currently bracketed with another host of non profitmaking AIM stocks who have huge potential , non of which is shown within their current SP.
The MMs have their hands firmly on the reins during the long period between news keeping the SP within a fairly tight range constantly rising it and then dropping it a bit to attract trades whilst trying to keep a balanced book.
It's been going up and down of late like a brides nighty . Any drop into the 0.7p range attracts buyers and once 0.85p is reached some sellers seem to come out of the woodwork.
The SP here seems to be underpinned in lieu of anticipated milestone payments at around 0.7p .
The required huge we all are all anticipating on anticipated positive news will come . Out of the blue no doubt , but well worth waiting for.

It's called a retrace during times between news . Unfortunately a plague suffered by all AIM non profitmaking pharma stocks. Without any new positive news imo we will slowly retrace towards the 12p range when the SP will be dangled like a carrot in front of a rabbit to attract buyers again. That's what the MMs do .

As certain as can be that the SP will at least double here by the end of the year once production begins. Low risk investment for AIM . On all known information , a good share to be invested in. Will be increasing my holding here when funds become available if the SP continues to bounce around at these levels.

All on schedule with production to commence towards the end of the year. With an increasing Tungsten price and excellent plant processing capacity the revenue here imo will be massive as production is ramped up during 2019 as Ormonde continue to convert this world class resource into money.
