Ahfam The primary reason why Sierra and SAR have far lower share prices than their outstanding potential deserves is simply that as companies both are not making significant amounts of money. The proposed milestone payments underpin the SP here nothing more. Good news that has been released at various intervals in time has resulted in spikes and periods of no news has caused dips in SP giving the MMs the opportunity to push the SP up or down to try to encourage trades while maintaining a balanced book. Its a significant deal that will make the difference which is what we are waiting for and perhaps wont be long coming. Another relevant point imho is that SRRA will be looking to fund raise fairly near term without a deal emerging to fund further compound development . As for SAR history has proved that they will take advantage of a rising SP to raise funds when an opportunity arises. Yes its the deal that is on the cards here that will bring the bacon home. We wont be receiving 27.5% of something we haven't negotiated for either. Imho when it does come it will be a biggy. ATB.

Massive rerate due here. Up about 7.5% today at the moment. Should only be the start. The SP here has been held back for far too long . A bit of buying momentum over the next couple of weeks should make a difference , 50 to 60p near term for starters ?.

Hi malbrun The �4 is for my remaining IMM shares on impending results. Will now one way or another there this month. Hoping to top up here again with expected profits. ATB

Yes IMM results due soon. I made more than a few bob there ( for a change ) average 4 bagging 75% of my holding. Have the rest on a free carry and am hoping for a very realistic spike to �4 on positive news. Hope to add a few more here as a result.

Re a placing SAR like most other similar type companies would imo always take advantage of an opportunity to raise extra funds by way of further placements when appropriate. Usually after a piece of positive news which would enable the SP to spike to an opportune level. Certainly there will be a regression in the share price for a time as a result. It's good to be able to trade a few on dips and spikes , but in all honesty for me anyway it's the deal out of the blue that I am waiting for and expecting at some point that is my primary aim here. If the science remains promising I will continue to add around current levels and will see it out until a deal materialises. An easy way to make a small fortune out of AIM shares is to start with a large fortune and work your way down. ATB guys.

Have usually called the SP movements here right and have made a few quid as a result by top slicing on spikes and adding on dips. While always keeping a decent core holding Was wrong this time as I expected the SP to rise to around 1.2p in anticipation of the update and then retrace after the announcement . Unless the unknown factor of a deal of some sort materialised. Will be looking to add some more if the SP retraces much more from current levels as imho the anticipated future payments milestone from Sierra eliminate much of the risk. It's only the positive announcement of a deal of some sort that will send the SP into cartwheels and even though the prospect remains excellent, yes it might seem to some too long a long time coming . For any prospective commercial partner who would be prepared to fork out millions for some of the action the risk v reward factor ensures that there must be a high degree of certainty of realising an end product before making any financial commitment. These compounds take years to develop with a high degree of probability that they will fail at some point along the journey. Very high risk v very high reward which is a reason why I have spread my risk over a basket of similar type pharma shares and only gambled a small part of my overall pot investing in them . The science so far is great here and well worth the risk imo. Everyone has their own individual expectations of how quick they expect a return on their investment here. Each to there own and good luck to us all.

As expected progress is good but when issuing this RNS the company has had the opportunity to advertise to the world the benefits of investing in SAR. As per usual this update could have said so much more. Another open window of a snap shot in time only partly open and not taken advantage of. The science remains positive so my strategy will remain to top up on any significant dips and sell a few on the spikes near to medium term.

Assuming we are to get the RNS this week. Five working days in the week , so in terms of probability all things equal its 4 to 1 against that we would get an RNS on a particular day. Being a betting man I would have thought before hand the odds on receiving the RNS at 7.00am this morning would have shortened to around a favourites chance of about even money. The RNS has not been issued so far today . Intriguing . Could it be that we are going to get a bit more than the normal run of the mill update?, Quite possibly and lets hope so.

Well Aber I believe that a few of the long termers are thinking hard and considering their buying / selling strategy here with regards to the outcome of the next RNS. I would think looking between the lines of some of the less optimistic posts that if we had a mini spike to around 1,2p quite a few would cash in , while some others would top slice a percentage of their holding . Nothing wrong in taking a profit. If there was no real substantial news just a re affirm of the ,''we are currently talking to potential partners'' etc, then as long as the science remained positive , other holders would be looking to top up on any dips. Best to keep an open mind and see what pans out. Worth remembering that we have had some exceptional news of late re the potential Sierra have added to CHK1 and as long as the expected progression re SARs 2 lead compounds the future looks bright. There is a lot to be said for best in class.

Hi Hopkirk They might be like me and go racing at Huntingdon instead next Wednesday ( a lot nearer from Cambridge for them and for me from leafy Bedfordshire ) and watch Cheltenham on the TV in the bar . I would agree that any prospective good news issued or even more jam for the future blah blah would give an easy excuse for additional share options for the boys. Been to the holy grail festival many times , but fed up with the large crowds and taking 2 hours to get out of the traffic jam on the way back home. Don't mind what the Bod give themselves as long as we are the recipients of a very large rise in the SP that has been a long while coming. ATB.

On days of no news and low volume the MMs will move the SP in a direction which suits to encourage trades with the objective of undertaking as many buys/sells as possible while keeping a balanced book. If the science remains positive , you can say with a high degree of certainty that all long term holders will prosper greatly from their investment here. Neat to medium term ?. Hope so.

Don't know about 10 bag this month. Re Phase 2 clinical trials re SFC-01 . Readouts are due at or before the end of 2018. If the results turn out to be as good as EVG hope the SP will then be multiples of what it is at present. I would anticipate increased interest here throughout the year . Another small pharma with exciting times ahead. Well worth holding for a sustained rise.

As Del correctly states CRT Pioneer Fund did the negotiation . SAR went along with it with not too much sway in the negotiations.. Sierra got a great deal . CHK1 was worth much more. When we complete a deal for either TYK2 or Aurora+ imo the figures will be staggering, Considering the future milestone payments and royalties re CHK1 a complete takeover could be on the cards. As per stated in previous RNS .Some kind of negotiations have been underway.

Good news regarding a deal for CHK1 , TYK2 or Aurora+ are the reasons why I first invested here for a number of years ago . We own a piece of CHK1 . But much more of our remaining lead compounds . The result of a deal for either when it happens will send the SP here into cartwheels. CHK1 being developed by SRRA has been brilliant for SAR and should bring us a decent revenue stream due to milestone payments and more. Also investing purely in SRRA is compelling when considering the recently realised potential of CHK1 when utilised with other compounds. The medium to long term potential of SRRA is huge with the potential of huge rises in the SP enticing especially considering the possibility of a takeover. Risk v reward all about individuals see it I would say . Nothing wrong in spreading risk by investing in both . SAR will do just nicely for me at the moment.

Plenty of news on the horizon. Due to the limited number of shares in free float the SP here is likely to double on any sustained buying as the herd will tell you after the last spike. Well worth researching into this great little company ' �1 per share not out of the question medium term imo on positive news flow. Been adding on the dips . Now is about the right time for take off I would think. A very prosperous ride ahead .

Lovely Share offering with no doubt a primary objective to fund development of SIERRA main product candidate SRA737. The jam in the pot is that this proposed fast track will cost us nothing. Considering the world class merits of CHK1 I would expect that SIERRA along with others will be closely monitoring the next updates of TYK2 and Aurora+. I wonder which one of the big boys will be the first to step up want to part with the right sort of money. Some absolutely fantastic news of late with regards to SRA737. Surely at long last we are due a very swift rerate of our SP .

Different ball game here now SRA737 could end up being worth a fortune to SAR on it's own considering milestone payments and the possibility of greatly enhanced royalties than was previously anticipated. It seems that instead of just doing a deal on TYK2 , any interested suitor would derive greater benefit by putting a double digit bid for the lot which would mean getting the potential benefits of SRA737 for next to nothing with TYK2 and Aurora+ being chucked in for sweet fa. A 10p bid for starters seems within the realms of possibility. Exciting times ahead.

A share consolidation would cost money . It would cost the company to instigate and imo us shareholders who would likely see a downward SP spiral . Not many companies that have consolidated have held their pre consolidated SP levels . Look at VOG , VRP and Fastjet for suitable examples. Many AIM companies that have consolidated have seen their mcap quickly drift down to about half on no bad news. Take care in what you wish for. We need news of an impending milestone payment along with some positive news on our own developing compounds and a deal of some sort to be in the money. All probable .
