I have been invested here for a fair while. During that time there have been a couple of times including today when I could have sold all at a very healthy profit But my entire holding is still intact. Worth doing the research for anyone considering investing here . Not many shares in free float which means a jump into pounds from pennies on the right sort of news. From all information in the public domain there is every possibility that EVG is a multibagger in the waiting.

At last. The herd have arrived..

General rule of thumb for first offer in a hostile takeover is two and a bit times current SP . Probably around 75p if an approach was made today. If there was a suitor in the wings considering such an offer they would attempt a bid sooner rather than later imo because an RNS containing positive news would send the SP towards fair current value. Best strategy imo is to accumulate at these levels and sit tight for the blockbuster that has a good chance to happen. ATB guys.

Still very much under the radar. When the time is right the company will negotiate a blockbuster of a deal imo. As there are only a limited number of shares in free float , a sniff of a deal will see the SP here rocket quick time. Worth holding and accumulating as all information re EVG in the public domain points toward a very positive outcome .

Just hope ICSID are honest in their assessment of the documentation of the land that they are in receipt of and are not proved as corrupt as ROI . From the way they have acted throughout the tribunal its hard to have any confidence in them coming to a fair and just decision on anything.

of an RNS . What's it going to take to bring this share out from under the radar ?. Well funded , limited liquidity , in later stage trials and the science works. Glad to be invested here . Potential multi bagger.

Think hard and long before you consider purchasing CHL shares at rock bottom prices in the unlikely event that the shares come out of suspension near term. Most of the comments on this bb relate to reasons for CHL winning the annulment and rightly so . Will the ICSID stand by their original decision re due diligence not applied and brush CHLs application for annulment aside ?. They should do on all known facts just concerning procedure alone. But imo there could well be an element of associated dark side collaboration between ICSID , ROI and the World Bank which may well be enough to ensure that the original decision stands. Wrong and corrupt as hell but unless some sort of compensation deal is offered by ROI before the annulment hearing is held which is imo a possibility my money would probably be on the original decision to stand. Whatever the final outcome you could make a great documentary out of this case . I hold 7000 shares here . So hope my gut feeling is wrong. Great posts by some of the more positive holders . Hi rhodi I too will stay invested here as long as it takes. Have a p/f of small pharma companies with individual holdings weighted related to perceived risk IMM , SAR , EVG , VRP & VAL along with a very decent holding in AZN for insurance . Although down here and with VAL at the moment still a good bit up overall . If IMM or SAR etc manage to come up trumps sometime medium term and the likes of VRP takes a couple of years then so be it. I believe in the science here and am happy to let events take their place. ATB.

It's bad enough for shareholders being invested in an AIM non profit making company at the best of times . At the moment buying shares in a non profit making pharma such as VRP seems probably about as beneficial as purchasing a box of Runley Road Lill's used open crotch tights.

Yep . Another brick in the wall here. Lets hope the wall won't take as long to build as that great wall in china and that the SP follows this mornings guidance with a continual uptrend. ATB guys.

Yes . Re 554 all still very positive. As for adding shares . At the moment it's a very hard one to call as of late the SP has only drifted the wrong way with no sign of a change in fortune . My average here is around £2 which was about the old 4p. Will be averaging down at some point but don't want to try to catch a dropping knife , have tried that strategy without success a few times before. Have always intended to stay in until the science panned out and have every confidence that at the end of the day investors will be well rewarded for their patience here. ATB guys.

I wonder how long it will be before the herd arrive here . A great opportunity to buy into an exceptional small drug development company. Not too many shares in free float . Well funded . Compounds in an exciting stage of development. Results of the science to date stunning. SP cheap as chips at the moment . Not for too much longer .

I agree 100% there is no doubt at all that the key issue re consolidation is that the MCap remains the same so if a company consolidates at 40 to1 or 50 to 1 in reality of course an investor should be no better or no worse off . Unfortunately history has shown us that shareholders of AIM companies such as fastjet and vog to give 2 examples have seen the SP of those companies drift down to fractions of their previous worth for no specific reason after a consolidation has taken place. Can anyone come up with a list of AIM companies who have suffered consolidation with no immediate prolonged drift downwards of their SP ? . I doubt it. I am a holder here , after the current consolidation imo I expect the SP to continue drift down gradually over time until significant news is released. Which I am sure it will . Just my opinion . Bet I am right on the money though. Time will tell.

It's simple and straight forward enough imo. Same as in VOG and numerous others that's shareholders have had to suffer a consolidation. The MMs will continue to take the SP here down drip by drip in almost a straight line for no reason other to encourage trades , buys for the bottom fishers or sells from the nervous . The current share price makes no difference to me as similar to other pharmas that I am invested in VRP will either fail completely or come up trumps due to positive results from the science. I have no intention of selling any of my core holding here or in SAR , VAL , EVG and IMM until the fat lady either rings the bell or sings the death march. A great chance of a ding dong here in the not too distant future ATB guys.

The reason imo is that in order to encourage buys / sells the MMs adjust the SP accordingly . In periods of no news the SP will retrace to a level that creates demand. A bonus here is that there are only a limited number of shares in free float so when the SP has been taken down to a price that will entice some decent buys then the upward movement in share price will be significant . This is without news. When the right sort of news is re[eased here and it will the SP will fly . The SP has drifted down to almost the level that will encourage me to top up . Not sure that I will get the 21p that will tempt me though. ATB

Great RNS from Evgen Should be on the radar now. Heading for 50p per share for starters soon.

Excellent Another positive step in the right direction.

The SP here now should now at least be underpinned at the 37p placing price with plenty of upside possible with continued news flow. Should be some good press following yesterdays RNS and with limited liquidity we should see a decent spike. This is as good as investment as any other drug development company currently in clinical trials. If the company now wish to consider an offer then imo one may not be too far away from the table. No pressure at all as fully funded at present.

Yes there should be a sharp rerate here. The granting of orphan designation is a fantastic piece of news. With what is an extremely well company fully funded through trials and yet more good news in the pipe line the near to medium term prospects have become very interesting .

Fully funded with only a limited amount of shares in circulation and more good news to follow. A real gem and still under the radar . Not for much longer though.
