I rather its not rushed. If they can list on a day and have Rusty in NY to ring the bell on open the press coverage that gives, would be priceless. But maybe that isn't possible with the type of listing, we'll see!

DEC has around 2000 staff on decent salaries, even if on average they buy $1000 worth of shares thats $2M worth of buys! I'd imagine more when the in house comms go around about the dividends and word of mouth. Exciting times. GLA!

We're at around 5% dividend per quarter. It was a normal drop this morning and happens every time.

Yeah this is more the US inflation data and bonds crashing which makes DEC's dividend and future debt much more attractive.

Market expectation that the FED could start cutting rates in March. Hopefully BAU or better tomorrow.
