Happy to see no dividend. Debt reduction and buybacks, especially at these levels are much more beneficial.

Annoyed they got an equity analysts only webinar first. I did email and was told, it's ONLY for equity analysts too.

It's in the 4 March 2025 RNS at 7:01.

No buybacks today either as above the 105% of the average share price for past 5 days.

Maybe they'll wait for full detailed final results on Monday.

"Net Debt2 was c.USD 97 million as at 31 December 2024 compared to USD 74 million as at 31 December 2023. This is after the impact of:

· USD 21 million of share repurchases;

· USD 10 million payments of dividends; and

· USD 32 million of acquisition consideration, net of cash acquired, during 2024."

Net debt increased $23m, while wasting $32m in Shinez.

If they just don't do that again, they would be lowering debt. They are able to buyback a maximum of 10% of the company per year, at CURRENT prices that's $18.5m, already less than what was spent last year.

27.4% Kestrel with 68,037,648 of 248,319,519.

0.6% increase with no buying, just share buybacks in just over 3 months.

The buyback is independent from the BoD unless reported with a change of the buyback... Which hasn't happened.

I think GGG is right, gonna have to send an email to IR. They rarely send RNS late for buyback, so we might see one later.

Yeah the buyback is very disappointing. I'd email IR but they are unlikely to update the buyback programme when it ends next month anyways and a new one announced. Maybe a question to add for the Q&A on 24th March after full year results.

Kestrel started buying heavily in November during the last dip, would be nice to see them buying up shares again.

Buyback disappointing. They seem to try and sit on the ask while MM's outbid them. New buyback announced next month with AGM, hopefully maximum buybacks bid and ask!!

Hope we see insider buys, including Kestrel.

The average price for the buyback was 150p... A lot of money allocated not spent.

KKR bought out IQGeo Group plc with Kestrel at 48.1x EBITDA.

It always seems maximum of just over 100k on average. But they could buy 25% of daily volume... Which would of been nice yesterday.

This current buyback programme will be renewed in the coming months as it expires, with millions not spent as the average buy price was 150p announced in September with the buyback of "13,048,000, the aggregate consideration paid for Ordinary Shares reaches £19,572,000,".

Around 50% of the shares in issue are owned by insiders too.

Will be interesting to see if any bought more today or in the coming days.

Can't believe we got to wait 3 weeks for final results presentation and Q&A.

With such news it should of been ASAP.
