You would think announced this week or very soon with results end of the month/start of next.

I'm guessing that's why we haven't had any new buyback announced, could be in a closed period with Q1 results.

That's another one of the negatives of stopping the buyback for a few weeks, we're going get less volume without it and for when it comes back. Trading like a proper AIM company with small buys putting up the price though lol. Maybe something is being filled and some trades aren't showing.

Yeah they would need to, like all other buyback programmes.

But as you say, it is strange they can't do it now... Maybe as the AGM is so close and announced and waiting for resolution for further buybacks in future. But if so, they could of just increased the buyback after the profit warning to make sure it continues.

Hopefully they will announce the entire 10% buyback on the 29th of April.

The buyback ends today. 22,958 shares remain from Friday for the entire buyback programme (by my math lol).

I did email investor relations and received a reply that basically said theybwill wait until after the AGM for new buyback with shareholder approval. I do hope I'm reading it totally wrong and they announce something else to get them so cheap down here though!!

I really didn't want them to sell off the DIS, but maybe you're right GGG. That or we get scooped up cheaply. Even an RNS with some numbers about offers for DIS and the BoD looking at all options would help ffs.

Current buyback got just over 400k shares left.

Yet they can still buy over 10 million shares within the limits of 10% of shares from previous AGM.

GGG it does feel manipulated, especially with the huge buybacks. Probably looking at over 0.5% of the free float in one week!

Only 232k volume today too. So expect the buyback to be in the 50k range.

My concern is we see a lowball offer come in for the entire company and the BoD go ahead with it.

Strange one GGG. You would expect an RNS with a II selling, maybe Slater... But nothing.

The last rise happened after the buyback seemed to have bought up previous sellers, but this time it's a lot more.

By my Math's 1,249,813 shares remaining in the current buyback programme. AGM should be announced soon for next month with new buyback programme also announced.

Very strange. But great to see them buyback over 0.1% of the company in one day!!

I wonder what the offers for DIS were and what were the conversations. Kestrel wouldn't want it going cheaply to someone else... Especially with Kestrel and KKR taking IQGeo private at 48x it's Adjusted EBITDA :)

Apples and pears, but shows what multiples growth tech firms go for.

It just shows how undervalued TIG currently is though even with the issues with search. The potential for another investment firm to come sniffing to buyout the company and asset strip it is very high, especially with Kestrel and it's history.

DIS EBITDA increased 50% last year, 7.5x sale would be criminal to us shareholders holders lol. 50% profit margin too!

Nice to hear on Investor presentation they are happy to continue buybacks while also lowering debt.
