It's incredible GGG, such low volumes and massive moves that affect there price in the millions of £.

I hope they announce a buyback and have the broker on the bid as the MMs are non existent.

Seems they issue shares often longfell with a quick look but decent director buy recently.

TIG had issues with transition away from Google Adsense for domains to RSOC, plus a very bad acquisition. H1 2025 expected to be the worse of the transition with growth again starting in H2 2025.

TIG spent $6.7m in H1 2025 on buybacks too, not diluting shareholders, which was one of the reasons I invested here. Plus Kestrel Partners holding near 30% who previously did very well, but seems they are down in a lot of places currently :)

Around 4x EBITDA enterprise value currently, incredible. (on $60m EBITDA)

It's frustrating we get no update after such a drop, even if it was just a "no reason for drop" RNS as many companies would announce.

I can't see any profit warning as H1 was always expected to be much worse than H2.

CentralNic today boasted that it successfully completed the migration of the .co TLD from GoDaddy to its own servers earlier this month, claiming the number two spot in the record books.

The company, part of Team Internet, said it moved more than 3.3 million .co domains to its registry back-end on October 4. The process took 29 hours, it said in a press release.

The 3.3 million number confirms .co’s place as the second-largest TLD migration, ahead of the 3.1 million .au names moved from Neustar to Afilias in 2018, but behind the four million .in names moved from GoDaddy to Tucows completed this May.

Most of the profit loss was an accounting loss with balance sheet FX losses/ amortisation.

Plus they also spent 6.7m on buybacks and 4.7m on redundancies in H1 which isn't happening in H2.

Wish they did that buyback this half instead right now :)

During the Investor Meet presentation/H1 results, 1st September they already had 33% of H2 and seemed positive about process already and believed we'll hit guidance. Just remembered .co is already live now for H2 also since then.

I think they said a lot and enough...But maybe not for an AIM listed company with low volume.

I've sent an email, I dislike doing it as when I finally did get round to emailing for the first time I got a reply from Billy... And I'm sure his very busy with day to day running of the company.

But today unfortunately was one of them days where I thought I needed to send an email. Funny as I also asked Grok, Straight, why the share price had dropped after finding nothing.

GGG as you say RSOC scale, DIS wins... And now with Comparison in France, Italy and Spain all likely expected to add to EBITDA in H2.

It does seem the lack of volume allowed it to be taken down and stop losses helped take it further. Would expect if a large holder needed to sell it would be Slater Investments instead vs Kestrel if anything.

Seems like total manipulation of the share price. Anyone with a stop loss getting nuked. Such low volume since the end of the previous buyback scheme.

They can buy 19,313,504

shares and Kestrel be at 29.99% so guess that isn't any worry answering my own question.

Just looking around for any info. Can't see anything which would cause any drop. Wish they would announce even just a small buyback programme at these levels!! I wonder Kestrel being near 30% and forced to bid for the company stops them for it?

Micheal is going to Miami, Florida start of November for NamesCon and CloudFest. Also going is CEO of Domains, VP Commercial Domains, VP Operations Domains, VP Product Innovation Domains.

Trading like we're going to hit 0 EBITDA in H2, joke. Such low volumes is the issue it seems.

Wish I could top up but can't currently, annoying.

Supersport, they said exactly that though a month ago. These no change in guidance.

H2 will be better than H1 with black Friday, Christmas period. Comparison has gone international with UK and the US starting in H2 after France, Italy and Spain started in H1. Wins in DIS, with .co now already transferred to TIG. Plus search increasing it's RSOC push and transition.

Round to listening to it for the second time*

I finally got round to listening to the half year result video last night.

Mgt does seem very frustrated with the value GGG just before answering any questions, but I agree they could do much more. One thing I picked up about was the talk about TIG's own AI system... Announcing a new AI division would be a nice RNS :)

GGG I do think once they're comfortable with EBITDA recovering and debt and 1.5 ratio or lower they'll do more buybacks. Billy always seems very relaxed about the debt and talks about as soon as possible giving back to shareholders once possible. (in his own words of course, I do need to relisten to the first half results)

Wish they would just do it now as at these levels, as they were previously buying over 1% of the shares in issue a month, which now is 2% of the free float with insiders at 50%. The benefits right now with EPS would be huge for shot, medium and longer term and especially for anybody looking to buy the company, which would be at a much higher premium.

I was looking around at Kestrel. They're at 26% at Aferian PLC... Currently a 2m market cap and trying to sell the company, but seems no interest in such at the moment. Share price totally destroyed.

On top of that Kestrel has given them a loan for a bit over £1m!! Seemingly they are underwater in many places after doing very well.

I'm very surprised they haven't got a VC firm to buy part or all/remaining 70% of TIG already to asset strip it together.

And then it seems MMs bring the bid down to get lots automatic sells. We're trading like a proper AIM listed company :) really annoying, wish we would have a buyback programme again soon. Already at 50% insider ownership.

Some good news...

Registry.co Officially Assumes Management of the .CO Top-Level Domain.

The migration was successfully completed on the 4th October 05:01 UTC, and .CO is now operated by Registry .co, powered by CentralNic Registry.

Wish we would get some news soon. Must be talks around with the current price like at the end of last/start of this year with Verdane and TowerBrook.

Net debt is 93.3m USD end of June 2025. 12 months ago 109.9m. 16.6m reduction y/y.

2025 H1 net debt was reduced 3.1m. They also spent 6.7m on buybacks and 4.7m on redundancies, all during 2025 H1. All during one of the groups most difficult periods in recent years.
