Interesting price action from the start today with the bid and ask higher. News on DIS really could drop at any moment you would think with discussions started months ago now.

I always thought they might sell multiple divisions at once and announce it together, but the last RNS didn't read like that at all.

It must be "imminent"... But who knows how long that is :)

Interesting in November RNS they spoke about multiple options for offloading DIS, but in January RNS it's full disposable.

Can't see it being much longer for RNS to drop with more information of the sale.

TetleysDad, the largest holder is also on the BoD and needs to cash out its fund. Look at the previously RNS in November, they are looking to sell off the entire group for the right price. Debt paid off, special divi or tender offer with DIS sold would be my guess.

Also Kestrel announced 14th November 2025 Notice to Shareholders - "However, we still remain fully invested in some of our larger positions such as Redcentric, Team Internet Group plc (‘TIG’) and Pulsar Group plc (‘PULS’). As you would expect, we are highly engaged with and have representatives on the Boards of all these companies."

I can't see Kestral selling.

Can't see Kestral selling up here, especially at this level when we know how undervalued it is. And also how much Max himself has invested here.

They also said they wouldn't not that long ago.

They didn't update the market previously and it affected the share price until they did...

So they are deciding to do the same thing again, incredible stuff. I can't comprehend how we have such a high insider holding and they're all okay with it. Maybe as they are updated, but us as private investors and the market are not.

Two months since update next week, you would expect we are due some update. Potentially even an announcement of some type of sale.

I've been wondering if they will do a tender offer if they sold DIS and paid off debt. I'm definitely not tendering any shares below 75p lol. Would much prefer a special dividend as my entire holding is in my ISA, but that's usually not looked at as favourable it would seem nowadays.

The trading was unusual Friday GGG, you're right. Nice to see some buying volume, need 60s before any news. Hopefully don't jinx it :)
